Why I’ll miss eating here has to do with your choice to invade my privacy as well as your choice to take away the human interaction.Today I went to your location for lunch with my wife. I was not greeted in any way and found a self order machine at the front counter. After spending more time that I would have liked trying to find where the meals were on the menu, I am prompted with having to provide my name and phone number without the ability to checkout if I don’t.I called over and employee and said “if you want my business, I’m not giving you my personal information.” His response was to ask me to join the rewards program.I let him know I would be eating elsewhere and never returning to Pei Wei. I’ll sure miss eating here as we loved the food but I will not accept your new practices and take my business elsewhere.
This used to be the best Asian, besides PFChangs. Feels like new management now. The food items have complete different taste now. Tried chicken fried rice and Kung Pao. Both had very little taste and not same ingredients. We must have hit the place before cleaning crew as floor was sticky and table needed to be refinished. With the new kiosk only, customer service is really suffering. Bring back the old PeiWei!
This place is pretty OK food and I come here frequently for some pretty cheap Chinese. My wife really likes the steam dumblings I always get the pad thai .
Tired of my online orders not getting accepted. Also a few different times they've messed up orders that I've placed. *Edited: I see I'm not the only one who's ubereats orders get canceled.
You seriously might as well go to Panda Express. You’ll get more food for less price with the same dining experience. This place is not what it used to be, sadly. It used to be a legit dining experience with real plates and silverware, they cared about presentation. Now it just feels like a fast food place. Pei Wei can you please go back to the way you used to be
This location should be removed from Uber eats. Multiple times location cancels order, figured it might of been a learning curve so a few months later they are STILL canceling orders. Don’t waste your time with this location.
Food tasted ok. For the purchase price the quantity was very small. Won't eat at this location again.
In all fairness we have always liked Pei Wei, and the food has always been fantastic. Also in all fairness I usually cringe when I see 'celebrity chef inspired' anything on a menu. I am embarrassed for Jet Tila and his 'Spicy Drunken noodles topped with fresh basil' dish on Pei Wei's new menu. There was one piece of basil, one, and it measured 1.5 inches long by .5 to 1 centimetre wide,, buried in the bottom of the dish. It was laughably pathetic, so we won't be back. In Frisco go to Yum Bistro or I Love Pho, just not Pei Wei. Picture attached, small napkin size for reference.
We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Pad Thai and Honey Chicken to go. It was nasty to say the least! The chicken was sour and so were the noodles! Disgusting! We ended up taking it back to the restaurant, and they offered to remake our food. No thanks! Not after taking a bite of sour chicken! We asked for our money back, which was an issue at first, but finally she agreed. We will never ever order or eat here again!
It was ok. I asked for extra spicy and extra sauce. Got regular spicy.Portions were small at this location compared to other locations.
