A Wednesday evening delivery order, so it should have been a relatively simple one. Online order tracking was incorrect and estimated time of 41-51 minutes was woefully inaccurate. It took one hour and 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive and it was lukewarm. This establishment was only 3 miles from our house. I could’ve walked there and picked it up faster. I will not be a patron of this franchise anytime in the future.
Our delivery driver drove past our house, down the entire street(15 houses) and then parked in the alley. I waited for him to come back but he sat there for 20 minutes. I walked all the way down the street to his car, and he was sleeping. I yelled to get his attention and I asked for my order. He made no apologies and said nothing. So happy to spend $50 and tip great so I could walk half a mile for my cold order. Never order from here. 0 stars.
Delicious pizzas. Especially the cheese sticks, good for children.
This place is horrible , I have ordered 1 hr before and went for pick up on time . Simply those guys were saying we are not ready with your order and called next customer in the line with out any information to my order . Worst experience with these guys .

Places an order for our team after a game. Never got it delivered, did not get a phone call, had to call and they said it was cancelled. Had no food for a hungry team after a game.
Horrible place. I ordered online and waited for delivery but nothing. I called them and asked for my pizzas but they didn't know about my order.What?Hey your place charged me already for this order. Driver breaking the law then road raging at me? Shows the quality of the store and the company. Your driver is basically advertising how trashy the establishment is. I'm sure he doesn't care when he threatens people's lives, just for a $2 tip.
Worst location ever! They have lost my last 2 orders and when I asked for a refund this last time, they hung up on me.
Papa John's pizza is a place that has never disappointed me when it comes to food or service. Such is the case here. I was met with friendly employees. They assisted a friend of mine with making a decision as to the type of pizza she wanted, (she is a vegetarian.) I got an extra large "The Works." The price for everything was under $20.00. Just remember to get a large pizza then "Papa Size It" to help keep the cost down.Then take it to go and you have a fantastic meal that you can share with the whole family. ? LOVE IT!!!
