our fav place for pizza. If you have made small mistake in order like wrong dip or seasoning, there is a guy who says we cant change that but there is always an another guy who says do not worry we are here for you and accept your request, most of the times we could not wait to go back to home, we starts eating in car itself :) , love the taste. Thanks guys, we will keep coming to you. :)
This Papa John's location has had horrible service for years with no improvement. There is a Domino's just a half mile down the road which has excellent service. Whereas that Domino's routinely delivers in 20-30 minutes, this Papa John's routinely takes more than an hour -- even when estimates of half that amount of time are provided. The delivered Papa John's pizzas are often cold and orders are wrong. Recently, we ordered 3 pizzas. 70 minutes later (when the email gave an estimate of 40), two arrived. There wasn't any urgency in fixing their problem. Rather, another hour to get the third pizza. BTW: I live less than a mile from this location. Bottom-line: save yourself the constant and inevitable disappointment and order from Domino's.
Google has hours listed for take out until 10:40pm. Called and no one answered the phone. Then drove all the way to the location and hours on the outside say open til 11pm. Walked in to order and they refused saying that they were closed. However when I walked in they asked if I was there for pickup????? No wonder this business has a 3.2 google rating.
This is my go to for pizza location. Overall PapaJohns has been pretty steady in quality and service.I know what I’m going to get for the cost.I primarily use the pickup special price on the app. $8 for one large one topping.
I ordered to the wrong location on accident. The lady inside said “don’t worry about it” and asked me what I ordered. She then immediately made the two pizzas for me. Very nice to know some places still have great service.
Last two times I’ve come here have been the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Papa Johns.I really do understand being short staffed, but there is no sense of urgency.
I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza, I waited an hour to receive my order I get a notification that it was delivered I open my door it’s not there all to find out they dropped it off outside did not even call to meet me I went outside to retrieve my pizza MIND YOU IM PREGNANT my pizza is gone. ?
Always takes an hour +, and you get some cold/stale pizza.4th time, leaving a negative review after that. I think they don't have drivers.
My pizzas were delivered to a neighbor, the store manager Sean would not re-deliver fresh pizzas and give me a refund. He asked for me to go to my neighbor’s house and get them back. What’s funny is that this order used a coupon I got in the mail for a free large pizza because my last order took so long.
I generally don’t write reviewsBut i had a worst experience with this particular location. I made an online order and it took me 1 hour to get the pizza into my hand, and with lowest quality. I never seen in any papa johns. The staff was very reckless they were not even answering the questions properly. When i track my order even after 40 min of ordering it was still in making stage. I just went inside and asked the guy he was hardly answering. Later after 25 min i got the pizza. Worst maintenance. Never ever order food in this location.
