The girl at the counter was so rude and not very pleasing to talk to. I asked for a sprout bread with my soup and she said they panera does not give sprout bread with soup. She did not even offer that bread on the side nor asked if I wanted to pay for it. We used to always get that when we went to Panera. I dont know if things have changed, but never coming back to this location to deal with unhappy staff.

Good food and good service! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is high quality. The macaroni and cheese and ceasar salad are excellent!

I used to get curbside pick up from this location and most of the time when my order displayed ready on the app, it still takes several mins. Minor annoyance but After a while I now only do in-store pickup.This one occasion, I was waiting for an employee to move my food to the shelves (literally 2 steps away). I observed that every time she taped the recipe to an order, she would waste at least a few mins or so to play around with the crease of the bag and make sure it's straight and tidy. Figure something better to do and stop wasting people's time.Just give me my food and I will be out your way. Then you can twiddle your thumbs all day if you want.

You call this $10 food. I see half the bowl empty totally ridiculous. So disappointed with Panera..I could have donated money if you guys need it. Why cheat people charge that much and not serve the food properly...didn't even tasted good as well..could have given negative 5 stars if there is an option...Panera corporate please read this review and address..

Green goddess salad was great! I had never eaten here before, service was quick and friendly. Tip for GF eaters, you can ask to swap your side bread for an apple!!

Walk in and all of the employees are just chatting and resting instead of working. The manager stated the employees had a long weekend so he needed to let them have some fun. This is why the restaurant and service has suffered so greatly. It’s possible to enjoy work while working, but it’s not always enjoyable, such is life. Thus, it’s probably the management. Some additional training would help

I asked for a wrap to be put into a bowl for allergy reasons and was given a wrap. Please have people who speak better English to run the drive thru.

We love Panera bread but this was the first time we visited this location. Friendly staff who took our order and the food was good. I always get a couple baked sweet items every visit at any location we may stop in. I noticed a fly on one pumpkin muffy but still I figured if he could get to the bear paw before the fly sis I'd take it, after closer observation there was a bunch of flies in there with all the pastries and cookies, they apparently loved the chocolate chip cookies best. I mentioned it to the staff taking my order and he agreed and said they shouldn't be in the open. Anyways after that I went to the restroom which was dirty and didn't have paper towels, then I started noticing that in general this place is pretty dirty from the entry way and throughout. Dishes were stacked up at trash station, dust everywhere, carpet was littered with debris, windows dirty. It's one of those things I guess where you see one thing and then you start noticing EVERYTHING. Hey as long as the food is good and staff is friendly, I can handle some cleanliness issues but those flies were the main bummer.

Hope the owners or managers see this..Witnessed a walk out by an employee. Rest of the team just simply stepped up and filled orders for atleast 30+ orders.Wished I had names of the 4 guys and 1 girl who worked without complaining.Evening crew 10/6… Good job guys!!
