I’m from out of town and was craving pizza, so of course I googled pizza near me and I read the reviews and was impressed along with the pictures of the food. My family & I came enjoyed the food, excellent service and cleanness was definitely a plus. I would highly recommend Palio’s you will get your money worth along with good food.
Wow.. walk in to dine in at 8:30 just now and told we can as long as we are done eating by 9 which takes a little bit for pizza to cook. We decided to eat elsewhere. We will not be eating there again because we weren't treated that way the first time we visited this location. Moved to frisco in October so trying new places. Won't be Palio's ever again. ?
I came here with my family, and we had an amazing experience! My family received their food extremely fast. Mine was a little wait, but they gave us 2 free cheesecakes for the inconvenience! Such a nice crew and good food. 10/10 recommend!
This place had some really great food! The employees were very giving and generous! I had a bbq pizza and my wife ordered Shrimp Alfredo. Her food took a little longer so they gave her a free cheesecake! Awesome service by their team!
This was my first time ordering from here, and that expensive mistake will NOT happen again. The pizza was luke warm, the mozzarella sticks were coagulated from not being hot, the wings were mushy. If I wanted to cook, I would have. But hey, if you want not hot food and feel like re-cooking ordered food, then this is definitely for you.
Placed an order online for a pasta and pizza, both were amazing!! Wasn’t expecting a side of cheese bread with the order.It was my first time visiting and I entered the side door, it appeared to be a manager or owner standing behind the counter that didn’t even look up from his phone or greet me at all. Walked around until I found the order counter, wasn’t greeted at all.Excellent food, just not so great customer service.
Called and asked if the GF pizza dough was dairy free, was told yes.Ubered across town, to arrive to be told no that's incorrect. I asked to read labels, asked to speak with the manager. Asked If there was any menu item that could accommodate my allergies, manager didn't seem to care about talking to me. They had 1 customer in the whole building , and 4 pizzas on the line.
Pretty good pizza here. And the guy at the front very friendly!
Thin pizza is supposed to have a minimum thickness of 3/8" . Their pizza didn't even make it to 1/8" which made for a lousy tasting pizza!
We live close to here but never really knew it was here. We tried it tonight for the first time and it was fantastic! Great food, great atmosphere for a family Friday night. The staff was very friendly, very kind, very helpful. Overall a great “Pizza Night” for the family!!!!!
