Food is awesome as always. Enjoyed the time with family and friends. Only thing we did not like it is the way they told us to wait, smirking.Really. We were placed directly u set the AC outlet and it was freezing. After multiple complaints, a/c was slightly reduced, thought not comfortable. Immediately after check is provided, A/C was cranked up. Not sure if we visit this place again.
The way our waitress attended to our table REALLY made this night great! I was not excited to go here at first as it’s a good place but kind of mainstream. The food is usually good but again kinda mainstream. But the waitress… she was the deal! She was very interactive and engaging. She took our orders, gave recommendations, describing dishes with energy and made sure we were looked after about four or five times throughout our dinner. We had a birthday to celebrate and she enlisted what seemed like the whole restaurant to sing and join in! Super surprised my new teenager. Great job! Thank you.
Olive Garden, an old staple for Italian food. My daughter and I had a painting night and she was ravenous for Italian food after. I was surprised they were open at that hour on a Friday night, we went around 9:30.Our server was friendly, he felt a little new to the serving world but did a good job.The location was decent, we had a table sitting by the fire.My daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered the salmon with vegetables and minestrone soup. The salmon had a good flavor and was cooked well but the broccoli was mushy, totally overcooked. I certainly didn't eat much of that, because who likes mushy broccoli? Perhaps a more seasoned server would have sent the manager over and would have discounted the meal once I mentioned it.Overall, it was a decent experience so that's why I'm giving 4 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came in to this Olive Garden location this past Sunday, February 6th to put in a pick-up order for my family and was greeted by Ebony at the front desk. I have been to plenty of Olive Garden Restaurants but never have I had customer service like this. She greeted me with a warm and genuine smile and complimented me. Coming from a hard day, I really appreciated that. I told her that I was getting food for my pregnant wife and she told me that she will let the cooks know and that I wouldn't have to wait for my food long. She was so sweet and professional and it was during the busy time at the restaurant. She got my order out in 5 MINUTES!!! I have never received a take-out order that quickly before. I thanked her and this experience definitely made my day after a difficult day. There need to be more employees like Ebony. Any company would thrive with this kind of professionalism and customer service. I'm a sales and corporate trainer so I know talent when I see it. Keep up the great work Ebony! This world needs more people like you ; )
My nieces love this location and always want to come here. I’ve gone with them the last few times and it’s been great.It’s a family friendly place. Really good for big families. Easy to take kids here. It does get busy on weekends but that’s every decent place around here on the weekends. We didn’t have to wait that long tho. During the week it’s a hit or miss with if they’re busy.The servers have been really nice and friendly. It’s the pandemic and I have no complaints.
Great Food, Great Service!My family and I visit this location frequently. The food is always spot-on, and the service has always been great. Unfortunately, they no longer take reservations. Once you arrive, they will take your name and phone number, you will receive a text message when your table is ready. On weekends, this location gets packed pretty fast, so it’s best to come here at least an hour before you’re ready to eat so you can get in the queue for a table. Otherwise, you may find yourself waiting a long time with a hungry party.My favorite dish here is the Eggplant Parmigiana, it’s a perfect serving size for two meals. I always eat half, and save the other half for lunch the next day. I also love their Minestrone soup as well because it has the right amount of everything. Oh, and you can’t forget about their bread sticks… I could literally make a meal out of them, so delicious. If you save a little extra room after your meal, I highly suggest you try their Brownie Lasagna. This dessert has the perfect amount of sweetness to satisfy your tastebuds, and it’s big enough to share between 2-3 people.I highly recommend this location, it’s definitely worth the wait.
Why do you all bring small saucers out for the salad.. my salad falls off the plate onto the table.. why! Why! Why! Unnecessary stress
Loved our server Arezou! She checked in on us an appropriate amounts of times throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. She said she was new, so we appreciated that she let us know and would double-check our orders, if needed. We ended the night with the Italians donuts, and they were delectable! I loved the raspberry sauce, and my wife loved the chocolate sauce. Thank you, Arezou for your excellent service tonight!

If our experience was typical then other reviewers need to step and improve the star ratings. Weekday evening meal seating right away (an hour later one had to wait). Drinks and order taken. Good choices offered. Food served (salad and bread sticks) then the entre. We saved room for dessert by making leftovers. Makes for great value for price by getting more meals. Waitress did a fantastic job. In fact the entire staff was moving fast and promptly taking care of other customers. Impressive.
