This is the best burger. I had a great experience here and the staff is very friendly. Megan (supervisor) is so nice and greeted the whole family. I got the mint chocolate chip shake and it’s to die for!!!

Nothing fresh here! Old mold potato fries, Disgusting! Over priced and customer service not friendly. Found a long hair in my food, super long! Definitely won't be back! You'll regret it coming here! I tried them all. They all have failed my expectations and need a severe overhaul! Owners should hire a consultant before they bankrupt. I wanted to enjoy this place and food and was let down too many times. Picture of my fries attached! Such a sad day for the family! Corporate probably won't even do anything about it.

Such a cute place! The employees were so great and friendly. We came in for a pick up order and we were in and out. Great quick service and overall very clean place. The burgers look amazing and an oreo milkshake?! What else could you need? ?

Great burgers, absolutely delightful. Atmosphere is really cool at this location with sleek minimalistic eye-candy architecture and designs. Staff was incredibly kind, right down to a cookie we ordered that even *we* had forgotten! The beef tasted fresh, unique, and well-seasoned. Their signature sauce was the cherry-on-top to my standard favorite burger toppings, which were fresh and delicious. Will absolutely come again.

Kendall was exceptionally kind and made our dining experience a pleasant one, indeed. My husband and I eat often at this location because they never fail to go the extra mile to make our dining experience enjoyable. Such a kind staff. Very much appreciated!

I walked in at 2pm, Today, Sunday to order a burger with my son. They said they were not taking in person orders because they were too busy with online orders. I thought they were joking. There were two tables that had numbers up waiting for their order. They were not and the white boy said he was serious. I told him if I left, I would not be back. He said "Fine." I pushed back and complain significantly. I asked for the owners info which he would not provide. He went into the back to call and spoke with their owner or manager. Of the other employees offered to take our order. He did. The next person who walked in was a single white guy and they told him the same. As we were leaving three or four other groups walked in kids, family and all different races. They took all of their orders and interesting thing during the whole time we were there they put two burgers on the grill so I don't know how they were so backed up. Horrible people. I have left two messages today with Mooyah corporate. This needs to be addressed.

I ordered two burgers that was horrible. The bread was wet and fell apart. So we decided to eat the meat which was hard and burnt. The fries that we could eat was okay but the others was hard. I ordered the food ahead of time and it took the cashier 5 minutes to ask us anything because she was cutting bread at the register. We are very disappointed because this is my family favorite restaurant. First and last time eating at this location. We finished the drinks everything was trashed.

My daughter wanted to eat here so we stopped by for take out. There were a few people ahead ..we waited about 5 minutes to place our to go orders. Once we placed our orders, we sat and waited for our order to be called. The wait was about 20 minutes. I wasn't expecting a wait this long. The person taking our order was nice and the food was pretty good. If I visit again, I hope that the wait is shorter.

I thought this was going to be another gourmet burger place full of hype and boy was I wrong! The burger taste just like my mother used to make… Fresh and piping hot off the grill with a toasted bun that melted in you mouth. The food was awesome and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.I have definitely found my “go to” burger place!!!

Great service. Kyle was the cashier I worked with he was very patient, understood what I wanted and was genuinely a friendly and respectful young man to have up front. I still loved he was very much himself and didn't have to be overly professional, because that means he enjoys and feels comfortable in his work place which is rare nowadays.Spoke to the manager about Kyle and she was a joy to speak to as well. This location needs to keep their people.
