Just moved over here for the first time and wanted to get breakfast this morning, I Came through the line and the lady had a attitude for no reason, soon as She gave me the bag that was supposed to have both of my meals, I had left. Soon as I pulled off I noticed one of my meals where not in the bag so I had to come back in line. The lady had a whole attitude about it and was making me feel bad. Soon as I got the item I left but then notice my other meal was missing pancakes. I will probably never eat there again, my grandma has been working for McDonald’s for 20 years and her staff don’t even act like that. Like am I crazy or what!!!
I wish I could give negative rating. First they wouldn’t respond at the speaker. They said order when I’m ready and when I would speak to them, they didn’t hear anything, they were silent for a good couple minutes at first, then random orders started appearing on the screen, confused and frustrated because I’m sitting their almost yelling into the speaker with zero response, I pull around, without a word the guy tries to take my card. I said I haven’t ordered yet because they couldn’t hear me at the speaker and something was wrong. To make matters worse the woman on the speaker comes over and starts scolding me, acting like it was my fault. I explained to her I was talking to her and she wouldn’t answer. She laughed at me. OUTRAGEOUS. Then I get to the final window and they have no idea what my order was. I finally got it, drove away but only after every employee made me feel horrible for something that was wrong on their end with their speakers and headset. I’ve never been treated so horribly. This place is a sick joke and should be closed down for employee training. People like this don’t deserve jobs where they’re serving others. Do NOT go here and support this store. The company should be ashamed.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! The employees are ridiculously rude and don’t listen to what you’re ordering! The inside doors are locked so I’ve been sitting outside calling them for 15 minutes since the line is wrapped around and no one has answered. Definitely calling corporate at this point because it’s something wrong every single time and they are FULL of attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!
This location needs help. Walked up to dine in, there were 7 cars parked and waiting on orders from drive thru, two upset customers following a manager inside. Inside we were told that dining room is closed (despite sign outside saying it's open). On previous occasions there's always some issue. Only one fryer working. Or we received wrong food items. Hope they can get whatever they need sorted out.
Very upset. I ordered two quarter pounder meals without bread, after being told to park to wait for may meal (with no other cars in line) I was given only one meal, (missing the other fries) and told I didnt know what I ordered. Additionally I was NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT! They gave me no silverware or napkins for THE BURGERS WITHOUT BREAD, and not even one packet of ketchup. So, as I already had to wait I had no time to walk back in the rain to discuss with the manager, gave up my fries to my daughter and now I write to you. The labor on my burger says 1232. Thats all I know. For this I could go to BK. Very upsetting given what you charge these days.
Never again!!! Went got the coffee this morning. It was cold not a big deal I warmed it up. Now that i went to dispose of it this is what I found. I can say a lot but I’m gagging. This is disgusting!
McDonald's hamburger was pretty good. The meat and bread tasted better than last time I went to McDonald's. Usually it's very greasy and bread are sagy and thin. I noticed the improvements.?
Open ur order and check whats in the bag before you drive off. This location is the biggest screw up. I called them back spoke to manager she did not apologize once and had an attitude. This is the 3rd time they screwed up my order.
This McDonald's is highly unprofessional and the worst one I've ever visited. Did not get any of my order correct and when I tried to correct they gave me attitude and the worst disrespect ever?Will never return to this one
I need their cooperate number! Customer service here is so terrible in the morning especially the managers! I needed my drink remade because it was to watery they didn’t want to remake it the manager finally remade it shoved it in my hand and slammed the drive through window!
