I would give zero stars if I could. No one answered the menu window. Multiple cars behind us. First couple cars had their order placed, went to the order window, and drove off because no one came to even accept payment. When we got to the window we honked. An employee popped up from the back, looked at us, and went back to whatever they were doing. About 8 cars drove off. If your system is down, or if you're about to close, that's fine, just say something. Literally lacking service.
It's McDonald's. It is a very nice, clean McDonald's with the very friendly staff in a convenient location and a new drive-thru. It's a great McDonald's but at the end of the day it's McDonald's so can't quite give it five stars because there are better burgers out there. But if you need your Mickey D's fix, this is a good place to get it done
I have to say, despite the setup of their drive-thru (now being replaced), they always have fresh, hot fries and the employees are always willing to help out. If you're patient to withstand the wait, its worth it. I only gave 4-stars due to the set up of the drive-thru.
Weirdest morning crew ever!! The window operator was well versed in speaking American english, however she had the most difficult time understanding anything I said I did not know if she could not hear me or if she just did not understand the words coming out of my mouth her recall was invest like someone who was smoking weed I have not tried the food yet but I'm almost certain I'm in for a seriously troublesome ride
I have probably been to a 1,000 McDonald’s and this one has been consistent. For its location, short on staff, construction going on, they are working hard to completely peoples orders! I understand people have good days, bad days, and people are so quick to leave a bad experience but Ill comment for all my good times I had here
Stopped by on a weekend and it was not the best experience.The area is under construction and there weren’t as many parking spaces.The drive through line seemed unnecessarily long for a weekend therefore I decided to park far and walk in.They were busy but not too busy to a point that they seemed overwhelmed. There was one person ahead of me and they took almost 10 mi it’s to take my order. AlPay seemed that they were not in a rush and took there own time. Very slow service and not the best at hospitality.The sandwich tasted like old burnt oil.Not going here again.
I am pretty disappointed, I ordered a hot and spicy chicken meal and chicken nuggets. When I got home, I found that I had not been given the sandwich and there was something in my drink. And I was still charged full price. Will not be going back.
Haven't been to this one in a couple years until a few days ago. For the location it is in you would think it would be run smoothly, but the staff aren't friendly, they messed our order up, and two different sodas had no syrup. Probably won't go back again.
Came here really late at night/early am. Still a great customer service in drive through. They were able to change my order at the window and did so without showing no frustration even though I was a very unsure customer. Will be coming here again on late night ice cream runs with family.
The drive-through was SUPER busy as I waited in my car so some of us decide to park & go inside to order instead.I was 1 of 5 standing in line for 5-10 minutes when we're told they're only servicing through the drive-through. Other stores were closed for early Xmas Eve even the Walmart across the street.I lose my place at the drive-through of course, but I drive behind the last car again.Then I have a McVoice coupon for buy 1 Quarter Pounder with Cheese, get 1 free.I've used those coupons for years at several locations even when traveling & the cashier tells me the coupon is only honored where I last purchased a meal.I explain to the cashier I've never had problems before & she reports their location is different.The cashier then decides to honor the coupon after all & provides me a receipt that's unreadable.I bring that up to the cashier & she comments the Manager has been aware a printer cartridge has been needed for some time & that she'll bring it up again.The cashier & I were very polite to each other, I got my husband's meal & left.This franchise is SO close to home!The Walmart across the street has the address 8555 Preston Rd., Frisco, TX 75034.I became a vegan, but my husband still enjoys your food & customer service.
