My family and I used to order from McAlister's at least once a week but as others have said, the quality and service at this location has deteriorated to the point that there is something wrong with my order EVERY single time. It's usually minor things that most people probably don't take the time to complain about but it happens so often that you just get to a point where you've had enough. The latest is we ordered last night and on one sandwich we asked for tomato and cheese (+$1). Of course, neither were on the sandwich when we received it. Again, minor things, but annoying when you pay for something and don't get it. You should pretty much forget ever getting a bag of chips or pickle spear because those are forgotten 99% of the time. Want a side of soup or mac & cheese, be prepared for the already small container to only be half full. Again, almost all the time. The problem is that the staff just couldn't care less which is a problem these days, but at the end of the day, the fault lies with the Owner and Managers who should be overseeing the employees, correcting mistakes and training them.

Disappointed. I loved McAlister's in Ohio but this one was very disappointing. The baked potato was bad on the end and the club was poorly made and tasteless. I was hoping it would of been good but alas no. I might give it one more try but not for sure.

I would like to say that my order was wrong when I got my delivery from Uber. But that is not why I am writing this. I am writing this because of the AWESOME service Patrick provided. He is the general manager. He had them remake my entire order and delivered it to my house in his personal vehicle. I know it is really hard right now to get consistent employees. He even wrote a note. I thought about tipping him or giving him a beer but instead I decided to write this so hopefully it makes it to the right person. You should definitely keep him and give him a raise because he did no thave do do that. I know he probably wanted to go home but he made sure he had a happy customer. Thank you Patrick!

Never had a bad experience this place. Good food and great service.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not crowded, but not empty either. Ordered an unsweet iced tea and the French dip with fruit. The counter person was pretty disinterested - no greeting or smile - just walked up to the register after I had been there for a few minutes and waited to take the order (note: I smiled and said hello). The iced tea was great, and came in a big cup. The food arrived quickly, and everything was correct. The sandwich was large, and the side of fruit was fresh and tasty. All in all, I would definitely go back again, but would suggest a bit of customer service training for the staff.

It truly pains me to write this review as McAlister’s is a family favorite of ours and we kept hoping it’d get better but it hasn’t. We have noticed a steady decline in the overall experience when we either dine in or take out. The restaurant itself feels and looks dirty like not enough time is being taken to clean thoroughly (don’t even get me started on the restrooms). And after our most recent take out experience we found that items were missing, items on sandwiches weren’t taken off as asked and the overall quality of the food was less than ideal. My son’s grilled cheese sandwiches and cookies were hard as rock that you could break a tooth on them. All this to say we want so badly to return here but I think this was the final straw for us. I feel it’s helpful for restaurant management to see what customers are experiencing which is why I even took the time to write this. Here’s to hoping we can come back someday!

Great food! Went for lunch and it is a well staffed restaurant. Everyone was actually working either wiping off already clean tables, straightening stations, bringing out food and helping take care of the dining room. Such a pleasant surprise since it is a rarity these days getting such good service and seeing workers care.

The service in this restaurant is excellent. A very kind person, Jeremiah, took his time to explain the menu. He was nice and patient taking our order with a smile, and happy. The black angus club was delicious. OMG!! the sweet tea is incredible. We recommend this beautiful place.

Clean store, friendly staff, and quick service. You can never go wrong with their chili. I also recommend the BLT-A and Turkey on croissant.
