Been ordering here since they opened, was best pizza around. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Been getting worse over the last few months. pizza quality has went down hill. Staff doesn't know about their own coupons and are rude. I will never order from them again. Deleted their app off my phone thank to Stephen. Their manager Scott needs to fix this.
Ordered a couple pizzas today taking another chance with this store, my family and I love Marcos, but the past few months have been rough.Spoke to the gentleman at the front who introduced himself, Scott was his name, and I learned he was the new GM of the location. I can tell he's made a difference with this location already. The crew has a pep in their step and morale seems quite a bit higher than before, he watches everything and ensures things are being done right. The quality if service AND the quality of product is definitely superior than before.We will definitely be returning as regulars once again.
Buying Walmart pizzas is more better cuz it's not dry as a bone I drunk one whole deal of bottled water trying to hack all the pizza down I bought three large pizzas fore 53$ one mushrooms other bacon and one pepperoniI'm not wealthy at all so I'm eating my money last time I eat here honestly I'm surprised anyone give you five stars and for the future put sauce on the pizza that's how you lose business
Man,I called ahead of time for pick up,was told ready in 20 mins got there within 18 mins waited there for about 40+ mins even though I was told my pizza would be ready in 7-8mins. Place was getting packed but every one were getting their food without having to wait as long as I did,I ended up walking out with no food in hand. Poor communication in the back by employees which by the way there were about 6+ working. Big let down.
Never had a pizza bowl. Pizza without crust? I was very skeptical… but it was so dang good!
Ordered pizzas today from Marco’s on Main & Teel , they were made perfectly . Thank you Marco’s Pizza cook , you did a great job !! They were made correctly and fresh . Absolutely delicious !!
A treasure for our community. In addition to quality pizza made with quality ingredients, they employ high schoolers from the neighborhood - for many of them their first job. My family and I have been blessed by how they have accepted our son as part of the Marco's team. Keep up the good work!
Tried this place based on the pepperoni in their commercials. It lived up to the hype. I had an old world pepperoni and mushroom and my friend had chicken, anchovy, and mushroom. Both were served hot and had the right amount of cheese. The toppings were generous and very tasty. I'll definitely give this place another try.
I started ordering from here about 2 years ago. Service was always good and pizza was always great. In the last 6 months, the quality of the pizzas have tanked. Is there a manager or trainer that helps with kitchen specs at this location? The pizzas are wildly inconsistent: toppings, the cut, and the presentation. It always tastes great and it’s hot but I always have to re-cut it. My pics are from my order this evening.
We order pizza from here every weekend before Shabbat, the workers are always nice and show respect especially when we give tips, This is the closest pizza place to my house and it's one of the best ones we've consistently ordered from, I recommend coming here.
