First time trying this and will definitely be back. Staff was friendly fast and able to answer any questions we had. The food was great. Kimchi fried were very flavorful and had a great crunch. The soy garlic wings was some of my favorite wings I have had. Wish every restaurant was as efficient as this place.
The other day we had the pleasure of eating at Mad for Chicken. The place looks like a sports bar with lots of TVs, they also have a full bar so this might become my new sports viewing spot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. Our server took the time to explain the menu, and how to order. This place is excellent, the food was cooked fresh, no short cuts, and everything we had was really good. I had the MFC wings they come with a choice of soy garlic sauce, or spicy soy garlic sauce, or mixed, so I got the mixed. The wings were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.My wife got the scallion chicken, a really beautiful dish packed with flavor, it was boneless breast with soy garlic sauce, and a sweet mustard dipping sauce. Both of the items we ordered were excellent. I really like this place the food is top notch, and the service is great. I’m going to make this place my, go to wing place. Can’t wait to go back to try the kimchi fries!.
I’ve had the original in New York and was so excited for this to be in Texas.We have gone to this location a few times and unfortunately this will be my last. The picture shown is a 20 piece pack, 20! These were so ridiculously small and dry. I thought surely for $29.95 for 20 pieces, the restaurant must have made a mistake and would have better quality control. I called the restaurant to let them know about the lack of quality of what was served. The owner had very little to say other than “thank you for your opinion” and offered no recourse.I suggest that anyone that wants to eat/try Korean fried chicken go to BB.Q chicken down the street.The ONLY reason I didn’t give this 1 star is because the truffle fries were decent.
Atmosphere was great and customer service was very attentive.The wings were probably the best I have had anywhere, the crunch was perfect and they weren’t over sauced. The spicy soy garlic sauce was just spicy enough and had a great flavor.The kimchi fries were absolutely amazing, and the presentation was spot on.We will definitely be returning!
My friends and I came here for the first time. Our server recommended the Truffle Fries, Fried Dumplings, and Signature Wings, and the food was amazing. Our server wearing the glasses made our experience even better. Supper friendly and funny and made our day. I strongly recommend my friends to visit this location.
We got the signature wings, and the favors is half½ also sweet potatoes fries.Half half wings: they tasted ok! Nice crunch. We both preferred the spicy favor. The mild one just ok. It lacks some taste, in my opinions.They only have 2 favors fried chicken; that's kind of a disappointment.Portions: their wings' size are SMALLER than other Korean fried chicken restaurant. Normally, my boyfriend and me will order 10wings from other places. But for this place, we ordered 20.Sweet potatoes fries: Good!! Big portion for this one. The tastes is also good.
Very tasty wings (spicy is spicy!). Avocado salad was surprisingly amazing.Great customer service. Large sizes. Decent prices. Good stuff.
Menu makes no sense. Server was okay but they had one server covering a restaurant on a Friday at lunch time. Signature wings take 30 minutes to make which is crazy. Wings were good but not traditional, tasted more like Chinese restaurant wings. Inside is very nice.
This isn’t Korean chicken. It’s dry and gross. If you want Korean fried chicken, go to bbq chicken or cm chicken. This restaurant isn’t even as good as the rice chicken they replaced.
My whole family really enjoyed every dishes we ordered and hospitality was excellent! I think their chicken and fries are the best in town. I will come back for more.
