Well even after they re-open this location still sucks. Food is still a 2/10 and the definition of you get what you pay for. Customer service is non existent, it’s no wonder they continue to close and I’m sure it’ll happen again. I don’t understand why people decide to apply to work somewhere and act like they hate working their. This location’s employees definitely lack work ethic and they wear it on their faces proudly.

It’s a good thing your pizza is so good because my experience tonight with your FRISCO, TX location at 10990 Rolater Rd SUITE 300, 75035 was the absolute WORST ever. Caught the manager in multiple lies & she was extremely rude to me AND my Doordash driver. Any manager who doesn’t believe in providing a minimum level of customer service should find a new job. Furthermore, I still didn’t get my complete order.I tipped my Doordash driver extra to make up for the rudeness he had to experience while trying to get my complete order from this manager. Sorry, Ricardo of @DoorDash - I know you tried your best! My Order#156072 was still missing my 2 Liter of Diet Pepsi. This was the second time I have tried to get this order corrected by Little Caesars of FRISCO. The first time, they told me to “come pick up the missing 2 liter”. Kind of negates the whole point of paying for delivery as a service, doesn’t it? Tonight, while placing yet another pizza order, I asked the store to send the missing 2 liter along with my order, giving the store a second chance to make it right. I was told it would be coming. My Doordash driver tried to get the missing 2 liter and was treated very rudely by the female manager tonight and he told me that they refused to acknowledge that the item was missing, claiming they knew nothing about it.When I called the store afterwards, she told me that this could have been taken care of had I come in to the store myself. LOL WHAT?!? Are you kidding me? #LittleCaesarsBigSassI will be contacting corporate and you can bet I will be stopping by for my 2 liter. ☺️

This was the worst I’ve ever seen this place and that’s saying a lot. Big girl working the front had an attitude and it looked like they were behind on everyone's pick up order. I remember when you used to be able to walk in and out within 5-10 minutes. That was a ridiculous experience. I left. I can see why y'all don't get much business anymore.

The Rolator location has to be the worst as it was closed for several months - not due to covid or economy issues. Ever since it re—opened they are having issues with producing pizza. Seriously, today we went inside to get a hot and ready and they stated it will take 30-45 minutes. They weren’t back up not short staffed. They had 5 employees yet she explained that they have no supplies. Pizza Hut is right behind this store. They made a fresh pizza and breadsticks in 13 minutes.

I have come to this location more than one time to get pizza only to be turned away by the same young lady. This location is in my neighborhood 5 minutes away and it's frustrating to know that they're open and the employees shut the kitchen down early so they can leave right 8:00. I came in to place an order at 7:30pm ( I was told that it takes 10 minutes to make a pizza)the young lady at the front informed me that they put everything up and they couldn't make any more pizza. So I informed her that the sign says the store is still open and I thought I should be able to order a pizza, because online ordering says this location isn't accepting orders and no one is answering the phone I decided to come down to order in person. Looking in the back I see everything is put up and someone sweeping the floor. It is clear to see that they're ready to go home and I understand that.. Because of this being the third or fourth time being turned away (I get off work at 6:00 and I can make it there about 7:00) I asked the young lady how should I handle the situation if it were to happen again, should I come back before 7:00 pm (because you can't place an order online and no one is answering the phone after 7:00). She said I should have come 10 minutes before I did and I would have been able to order a pizza. She also said that I could go across the street to Marco's Pizza instead.

Post reopen review. Still about a 3/5. Pizza is ok. Maybe a bit better than before. It is a bit greasier but I kind of like that. Hot and ready not ready which is still frustrating. Just waited 15 minutes and it was 6:30 aka dinner time. The girl put my pizzas on t he counter and just walked away. Didn’t say one word. I hope they were mine.

Reopened, worth the wait. Better pizza and better service. Going again. Good job!

Well if you like running to toilet every 5 minutes for 3 days, eat there. Just kids running place and there moms and dads, apparently did not teach them how to cook.

Myself and a few other customers Went last night at 6pm and they’re still closed.. The sign posted says they’ll be open in November, we’ll it’s November 14th and still nothing.
