I have been coming this place since day one. Excellent chicken and fries, varieties of hot salsa and more important the always welcome smile from the girl at front when take your order.

As a owner of a small business, to see this kind of hospitality was very rewarding. The staff were excellent, service was superb, and food was everything we were hoping. This was Epoxy Guys first time to Lanes chicken in Frisco and we will definitely be back. Jessica working behind the cash register was very welcoming with a great smile that was inviting. Blake is a stand up young man, he came by our table to ensure guest satisfaction. These are definitely things that keep people coming back. Thanks lanes Frisco for the unexpected great lunch day with the team.

Theo at Laynes made our dining-in experience effortless and enjoyable. We love going to Laynes because our children have milk allergies and it’s one of the only places that serves fresh, never frozen chicken fingers without buttermilk. The batter is light and crispy and the flavor is versatile with the many varieties of dips. It’s a place the entire family can enjoy.

Good food but never order using GrubHub, always delayed with my order. Food has repeatedly arrived either cold or the box the chicken comes in falls apart from the moisture/grease. Sweet Tea seems to be challenging for them to honor when you order using the app. This is specifically a Layne's Chicken problem.

Greeted with smiling faces as soon as we walked in. Food came out hot and just as ordered. Soda fountain was clean and well stocked. Friendly staff and quick accurate service. If you like chicken fingers this is the place for you, plenty of delicious sauces to dip in, but the ranch is amazing.

Tried it out and it's definitely so much better than Cane's. The service is amazing and wonderful people, very clean restaurant. Employees actually seem to be happy working. Sauces and spicy chicken is amazing.

Back when I lived in College Station, TX, Layne's was a tradition. It was a place that served good food in good quantities at reasonable prices. When I saw this location open up, I was excited and went. Things were about the same as the original, no complaints. Having visited a few times now, this last visit left me very disappointed. While the tenders were of decent size, they were very dry, and between them and the fries, had enough salt to meet your recommended daily intake needs for a week. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was a mere handful of fries (literally less than 25) for a combo that typically comes with much more. The toast and sauce were the only really enjoyable aspects. At their current price points, I would expect much higher quality in what they serve. I might be more understanding if there was a line wrapped around the building, but even during rush hour, I was the only car in the drive thru, and this is what I got from them. No excuses.

Decent food with horrible service. I’m all about kids having jobs but maybe hire ones that seem to care or want to be there? I stood in a line 6 people deep and watched the angry looking girl behind the register talk to her friend for some time before looking visibly annoyed that she had to finally acknowledge the next customer. I walked out along with the two people in line behind me. It’s a common enough experience that I won’t go back

Haven’t been to Frisco location in about a year. What a change. No Laynes cups, open box of loose straws, about a dozen fries on each our combos and chicken is now chewy and looks like frozen chicken fingers from Costco. Predict a sinking ship here. So sad.

This was my family and I first time eating here. The staff was very inviting and greeted us with a smile. This food was 5 star and it was ready super fast. I would definitely be going back when I’m back in the area.
