Robotics. Beyond fun! If your kids love sushi bring them along. This place is reasonable in price, a new innovative experience in dining, fast and friendly service. Going back again and again!
Kura was a very unique experience. I love the concept. Once your seated, they explain how the conveyer belt of food works. In short, you watch the belt, and when you see something you like, you grab it. If you don't see anyone you like, you can order off the menu. Another fun fact is it is not expensive at all. The quality of the Sushi wasn't top grade, however for the cost, it was good. The only thing that was a turn off is how you dispose the plates. You slide them in a bend. Which is a great idea. I just wish they would have cleaned better after the previous people. The bend still had their food exposed:(
Monthly specials are limited quantities and is only available from 4/15 - 4/24. We went through the check in system from APP and waited for an hour as it was estimated. Foods are Delicious as usual. Worth the wait!
The sushi is great. Wish the seating was a bit more timely and the lunch time revolver had more sushi on it, but good.
What a great place for a fast lunch or a night out. My family and I went here for my daughter’s birthday recently. Since we love sushi and trying new places we found this place to be wonderful. The selection of sushi and the prices were really great as well. Some of my kids just love the California rolls but others love being adventurous like me and this place has it all. We loved the conveyor belt, and if we couldn’t find what we wanted then they also have a screen that you can order from and have it sent directly to your table. The people and atmosphere here are excellent. Definitely a must try and then come back again to.
This Kura Sushi Bar compared to the other 2 in the area is the dirtiest, smallest, and rudest out of all. When I walked in I wasn't immediately greeted by a host, so I stood there in confusion making eye contact with the workers; Because the other locations a host greets you and accommodates the customer. After being sat at the table I quickly noticed our table was dirty. There isn't variety in the menu and has less items compared to the other Kura Restaurants. Plus, the waiting times on the food belt arrival were longer than usual and it was during a weekday, not a rush hour weekend.
This was our first visit to this restaurant company. We had really enjoyed revolving sushi while traveling through Asia and Australia. We are happy to report that the ingredients taste very fresh and the staff was attentive and helpful even while short handed. The safety protocols were top notch as well.
This place reminds me of the kaiten sushi in Japan. It's fun to be able to see the food and just take it without having to wait. You can order the sushi and it comes straight to your table. Great experience.
I always try to stop here when I’m in Dallas.Well the sushi is not top grade it’s certainly convenient for you to pick up what you want off the conveyor and the price is extremely reasonable
Used to go Carrollton one and I really enjoyed there! First time try in Frisco. Had to wait 20-30mins to get the water and asked for a spoon which it was never served till we left. Very disappointed and don’t know how rice ended up on crispy chicken.
