Super disappointed the blueberry are gone as that was our favorite!

I had come to this location 15 minutes before closing because I work two jobs at 18 and have supported myself since I was 16. I had came to this location to get my senior donuts just to come to a store temporarily closed with employees just hanging out inside. I was very upset about this experience because the Krispy Kreme site had said they were open and I drove 42 miles just to get there! All I wanted was my 2022 donuts and i was devastated when I got there and the store had been closed.

Krispy Kreme Donuts really aren’t my go-to donuts when I’m craving donuts. However, we received a coupon for a FREE dozen and just had to cash it in. I mean, who doesn’t like free food, right?We went through the drive-thru really fast. The cashier was friendly, thanked us, and handed us the warm dozen. When we got home, the box of donuts was still warm and tasted fresh and delicious.I recommend this location for friendly, fast service, and fresh donuts.

I ordered 3 dozen donuts online, was told to pick up at 6:15. I drove 25 minutes in traffic only to find a sign that they were closed since 5:30! I guess they're so poorly managed that they couldn't update their store to not take orders. I was left in the lurch for my event as well as late as I had to find an alternate option at the last minute.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was basically told by Duncan T. (who was supposedly a manager on duty) that I am a liar and a to f-off.I called customer service and kept being told that my case being escalated (which means a district manager will contact me. It's been 2 weeks and no contact). I should have just skipped this shop and Went to Dunkin' which is literally 4 shops down.

The donuts we got were for Valentine's Day. They were not fresh, but the drive thru was very quick and efficient. I would go back here even though my donuts were not fresh. Also, the sign said fresh and hot. However, we didn't get the normal glazed donuts.

Parker was the bomb, I never got my doordash order from another donut place, so I go here at 10 pm on a Saturday, and got myself some donuts. He was so nice and such a cool and welcoming dude. Thank you Parker.

1/23 5:15 PM Guy working on Drive through has exceptionally poor customer service skills.I ordered 6 Plain Donuts and I got 2 in the box. Came to know after I was on the road.Also, when I was at the payment window I asked him something about opaque window in friendly way and he responded back with frustration without answering my question. I might reconsider going to this place this again.

I generally love Krispy Kreme so I am sorely disappointed in my recent visits to this location. It is absolutely disgusting. I think it is ironic that Krispy Kreme awards people who are vaccinated yet their workers wear their entire mask beneath their chin. The employees are terribly rude and make no effort in even being nice to their customers. I will never be returning to this location.

Poor customer service and managed poorly. Went in to grab a Halloween box of mixed donuts for my daughter. Was told by the rude older lady they didn't didn't it. I said ok is there a way to mix the ones you have here to get a dozen or do I buy them individually? They had trays of Halloween donuts just not the full selection of designs which was fine I just wanted Halloween decorated ones didn't care which ones. The older lady walked off I assumed she was asking for help or checking for more donuts but she didn't return. The other girl asked what we needed I told her and was bluntly told they can't sell the Halloween ones. I said oh well you have them right there and someone just bought some before me. I was told we can't sell them. I said ok I'll go somewhere else I always have issues here. No apology nothing. So disappointed had to explain to my 6 year old she couldn't have the donuts she picked out even though they were right there. She had been so excited for them. Being a manager myself I understand how tough things are right now but smiles and attitude go along way. We ended up driving an additional 25 min to the Allen location. So glad because we were greeted with friendly hellos and when asked for the mixed Halloween donuts was told absolutely. Greeted at the window with smiles and waves to my daughter and handed warm Halloween donuts. Such a better customer experience and will definitely be making the longer drive for that!
