Was here on July 3, and was shocked by how slow the service was. The employees didn’t care about us, we ordered drip coffee (at $10 a cup) and waited 25 minutes. No apology, nothing. Just completely checked out with no sense of urgency. It was also well over 80 degrees. Won’t be back.
Amazing coffee, delicious treats, great atmosphere, and friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining their special coffee blends. I highly recommend!
The atmosphere is awesome. This is a place where you can enjoy time alone or with a friend or friends. I enjoyed my time at Kona with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Now it was our first time here I ordered the Kona Mocha, I was disappointed ? it lacked flavor Normally I order hot coffee or cold brew anywhere that sells it. This time trying something different. It didn't taste like anything again first time so my disappointed won't keep me away. My son who is a huge fan of Matcha lattes he was disappointed as well his tasted more of milk. This is his favorite drink, it lacked flavor. His girlfriend has the almond milk latte she said it was pretty good. My husband had toffee, Kona he enjoyed it. My son and his girlfriend had bagels with cream cheese, salmon, capers their favorite breakfast sandwich. They gave 5 stars they enjoyed it very much. My first experience wasn't bad just my drink, this will become a favorite place because the atmosphere is awesome. Staff is friendly. I will try the smoothies and other coffee choices. The music in the background is wonderful, there were a few people just hanging out sitting on their laptops either alone or with someone enjoying their conversations laughing and smiling. Certainly a great reason to return and give them another chance. I really like this place. I will add pictures of my son's salmon on bagel. Along with pictures of beverages. I don't have pictures of mine because I tossed it in the trash. But again will be doing a second try.
Me and my girl love trying new places to study at. Most coffee shops are either good at coffee and bad with food or vice versa, but this place nailed both. Food was amazing and the coffee tasted so good. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and it was literally oozing with juices. Got a vanilla cold brew and it was amazing. Just the way I wanted it. Workers were very friendly. The inside was very clean and the decor was very welcoming. Love the Hawaiian vibes. Think I found my favorite coffee place.
Conversations over coffee!.Amidst the chaotic life, it’s often hard to find time to spend with over loved ones. But coffee always bring us together. My friends and I had a lovely time at Kona sipping their coffee variations. A perfect Hawaiian ? theme - with coffee, smoothies and delicious food. You would find variations in this cafe - coffee, smoothies, affogato you name it. This place won’t disappoint you :)
Overall it's a nice and clean spot to study and grab some coffee. But personally I thought the latte I got was okay. I wish there is an option to adjust sweet level and size.
Best natural lighting around, good coffee, delicious spam musubi. Great coffee shop, great place to work together in person. If you want bright and open with good seating and coffee, this is your best option.
Double espresso was extremely good, the flavor was typically Kona smooth, and clearly recently roasted to make the flavor pop. On the expensive side, but the flavor did not make me begrudge the price.Breve was smooth and decent. Berry Gelato was full of flavor and delicious.FYI they do not provide seltzer to reset palate prior to espresso drinks.I thoroughly enjoyed and will be back.
Killer coffee deep in the heart of FRISCOA pleasant alternative to Starbucks if that’s your thingStaff is extremely friendly and the place is well appointed. They serve coffee, tea, smoothies, ice cream and they also have a menu list. Something for everyoneWill be returning to savor other offerings. Had a CORTADO and it was amazing!
