Let’s take it up notch! Staff was friendly and polite ordered my meal to go by time got to the house food was still fresh and hot…did I mention to hot touch place on our plates? Yes even while eating food remained be hot enough heat up plate, was concerned about stopping by but patient wanted KFC my first trip to this location but I’ll be back!
I like the food at KFC, but this last experience was terrible. I went to the drive through on a Sunday evening at 7 to place an order for 2 chicken sandwich boxes and 2 pot pies and there was no one in line. I paid at the window and they asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring out the order. I asked for a drink carrier and ketchup to be brought with the order. As I waited, I noticed that every car that came through the drive through was asked to pull in front and wait. This was not a busy time, but eventually there were 8 cars waiting (I was the first) and they still had not brought out food. I waited for 45 MINUTES to get my order. It was ridiculous. It was over 30 minutes before anyone came out and then they brought food to the car next me. The second time, they brought food to another car and I called for the employee and said I had been waiting the longest and where was my food. He didn't know, asked for the order, I told him I was also not given a receipt (that I would like to get) and he went inside. He brought out some of the order, but no drinks and I told him they didn't give me anything at the window. I told him to put the drinks in a cup holder and bring the receipt. I wait another 7 minutes and he brings out the drinks in NO CUP HOLDER and no receipt. I told him I looked at the food order and was also missing the cole slaws. Again, I also asked for a receipt and cup holder. He finally brought out the cole slaws, but no drink holder, receipt of ketchup. I asked to speak to a manager and he said no one was available and by that time, multiple people in multiple cars that had also been waiting over 30 minutes were yelling for him and he walked away without saying anything. I know he was probably overwhelmed, but I saw at least 3 other employees in the empty restaurant talking and sweeping the floors. Couldn't they have assisted with the food/delivery, etc. since NO ONE was in the store? I got there at 7 and didn't get home until after 8. The food was also cold by that time. Crazy. I called the store later and got no answer and called the main 800 number and talked to a customer service rep who said he would pass on the information to the regional director and they would reach out to me. No one has called, emailed, or responded. POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Very unprofessional staff members, I watched one of their employees walk past a customer 3 times. Before someone from the back said, they were waiting on wings for their order. I also waited 5 minutes to be helped, the lobby was empty and 2 cars were in the drive through.
The staff at this KFC need retraining, including the leadership.When you get original chicken that is soggy and taste funky, or extremely wet mashed potatoes, you have to wonder what the management is focused on.

The. Worst. Order a chicken breast and wings. They said 12 minutes for the wings. Pull around. After 20 minutes, I go in. They say they are out of breasts. Ugh. Can I give them 0 stars?
Awful all around. These are capable people but the culture is completely wrong. The manager doesn’t care and therefore neither do the kids working here. Pretty sad to see such youngsters not living up to their potential
No Biscuites, no catchup, no chicken fried breast, only grilled available.you don’t have a choice to switch or change the sides of the meals however they don’t have the standard sides they are offering with their meals, very bad experience,
Customer service was good but the food wasn't. How do you have the same recipe as the rest and yours taste horrific? Flavorless.
