Decent atmosphere but the staff seemed relatively untrained and not worth the price for the products and service. Also lack of outlets for people who want to work or study, better off going to a Starbucks.
Just stopped in this lovely cafe today. The staff was very friendly. The individual who took our order was very patient and knowledgeable, helping us with any questions we had.I ordered a hot latte with cardamom and it had just the right amount of cardamom, smooth flavor, and not too sweet. The watermelon matcha and chai that my sisters ordered were equally delicious.The interior is very clean and beautiful with spacious seating, and there's a large covered patio outside as well.I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!
I went here just the other day. I got a watermelon matcha latte as recommended by the staff. As well as a cheese and egg bagel sandwich. The watermelon matcha latte is extremely good anda great combination. The egg and cheese bagel sandwich was pretty good. The bagels are much chewier though then store bought bagels.
Great place to catch up with friends or work endless hours on your laptop. The coffee is tasty, in particular their honey lavander latte. I'm a recurring customer and I can say the staff is always friendly and lighthearted. Shout-out to Kate who went above and beyond to make my friend and I feel welcomed and well taken care of - try them out!
Clean and quiet place to work. There are two entrances; one from the inside of the the residential building and the other from the outdoors patio. Plenty of seating and wifi network available.
Great place to work or study with your laptop. Not crowded on weekdays. I had a wonderful day working with my friend. Lots of outlets. The place is peaceful and not noisy. We will come back.
The matcha latte here with oat milk is to die for!! I wish they had a bigger size because it is so good. My husband had the dirty chai latte and loved it as well.
Good vibes. I got there right around opening time to get some work done on my laptop. Drinks were well made. Italian opera music was playing but it fit the atmosphere.
Closed the Kitchen prior to 3PM, because the person behind the counter said, 'I'm the only one here, I can't make coffee and make things in the kitchen'... the avocado toast with pepitas literally takes 30 seconds. Plus why does this place close so early, 6PM, are you kidding me?
Karmic Grounds has a parking issue with their location at the Echelon - Maybe y’all should leave or give us more parking. One other major parking issue we have is the fact that there is minimal parking available at the Echelon! We have a parking garage with "open "or "first-come, first-serve," or "Reserved parking." Which even for the open, first come first service is taken and if we’re not reserving a spot , going out front to park is our only option. The max number of tenents in a two-bedroom apartment is four and in a One-Bedroom is 2. That's "two heads per bed." If every one-bedroom apartment had two people or tenants with vehicles and if every two-bedroom apartment had four tenants with cars. The parking would be complete, So when Karmic Grounds takes over 10 of our tenant's spots, what are we supposed to do? Keep getting towed or stickered? In the parking garage , While the open None-Reserved Parking is taken, the only available parking we have is the parking outside, marked as "Karmic Grounds Only Tow Away," with listed ours outside their ACTUAL hours of operation. Karmic Grounds threaten and sticker our cars telling us they're going to tow us if we park outside. Karmic Grounds are not living here! We are. They took over 10 of our As needed & available parking spots outside, marked in an yellow, which is more parking spots than they need for the amount of customers a week. They have another location, so why do they need over 10. maybe 8 spots s is fine for their coffee shop- 18 is crazy. No coffee shop in Frisco reserves 18 spaces. They have 1-2 people working there a day with very which is normal for the amount of customers they have on the week or weekends. We could really like to get some of those parking spots back. My mom visiting had to walk all the way down to the far left By herself into the office when the only EMPTY parking spots outside were karmic grounds only Am- reserved till midnight which was around 6 hours after their restaurant has close. Karmic Grounds is acceptable, We welcome everyone here, but we don't like how they've taken over our only parking available when the parking garage is full inside parking garage. They clearly don’t care about the residents here: They’re only collecting a check to provide ONE Free Coffee for each resident in the morning when we don’t even go there. Here’s the reason why we don’t go there- it’s not bc or the coffee. It’s the amount of parking they took from us when our parking garage is full. We don’t feel like it’s a benefit to us at all when they try and so much of our parking. Karmic Grounds your a major issue
