Excellent food and service

Very good food. A bit louder than anticipated but still possible to carry on conversation.

great food and service, air temp a little hot with all the grills going.

Took my husband and son for their birthdays. Great place, our cook was amazing and food was delicious. Plenty of food to be had. I would visit again if in the area.

UPDATE---- After speaking to the manager, I have lowered my review, she was very rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. We were charged an extra $10 for 2 portions of rice. What hibachi doesn't come with rice? 1 zucchini, 1 small onion, and a pile of bean sprouts were split among 5 adults. 1 NY strip steak was cut into 3 servings for 3 adults. Ordered mine medium and was given well done. No hibachi show at all, just a straight forward cook and serve. The vegetable tempura was good and a fair price, also ordered 1 California roll for $8.50, which was fresh, but the smallest roll I've gotten anywhere. It was the width of my husband's thumb. We walked out with a $100 Bill for our LUNCH not even dinner. I understand prices for everything are going up, but this was ridiculous. I'm a 5'3 woman of ordinary stature and I left hungry. To make things worse, this was an anniversary lunch, I left just wanting to cry.

AS always Mr Lai was fantastic! Food was great and we will be back soon!

Had a great dinner at Jinbeh. Our hibachi chef whipped up some of the best food we have had in a while. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection.

We informed our waiter that my husband was deathly allergic to onions and that both of our meals needed to be onion free. We have been to this location countless times and never had an issue. The chef made my husband’s rice first & gave it to him but did not add any eggs or vegetables. He proceeded to make rice for everyone else & added the onions. So I never got my onion free fried rice and the grill was now contaminated with onions. We had to stop him and remind him if the severity of the allergy. He then said that if it’s that serious we couldn’t eat any of the sauces. I was shocked at his attitude and timing as that should’ve been handled differently. Luckily we already knew to not eat the sauces. We were entertaining family at this dinner & all of us were shocked at the experience.

Customer service was good and quick. Teriyaki sauce I ordered on side was cold and food wasn’t too flavorful. Maybe it was just what I ordered tho bc I’ve heard great things about this place. I got the chicken and shrimp.

Dinner for my 16 year old! Excellent experience.
