This location is hit or miss for delivery, you either get your sandwich in 10 minutes or 2 hours because they typically only have one driver (true story, this happened to me yesterday). They also forget to include things like rewards which is a bummer because you burn the reward only to not have the item included. Love Jimmy John's, was super excited to have one within delivery distance but I'd recommend pickup from here.
So happy to have a JJ's on this side of town!! I came in and ordered at the counter. Not too busy. Freaky fast as usual. If you don't know what to order, get a Vito and add hot peppers ? Great customer service!
Finally, someone opened a Jimmy freakin' Johns in Frisco! I'm not really sure what made Frisco the anti-JJ location it was but glad to have another option to eat up here. The shop is new so they're understandably still figuring some things out.1st trip I ordered online while at the house and my order was ready on the shelf by the time I arrived, about an eight minute drive. Walking in I noted an abnormally long line and pool of waiting customers which was a bad sign. I was happy to have ordered online and escaped before the grumbling of impatient patrons ruined my lunch. Pro tip, stop at Chicfila and throw two chicken strips on the Ultimate Porker and you've got yourself a fat boy delight of a meal.2nd trip I also ordered online from the house and arrived to an empty carryout shelf, a long line of customers, and an apologetic franchise owner (I assume) behind the counter. The app had notified me my sandwich was ready so I gave it a minute or two to see what happened next. I heard the owner explain repeatedly that they were, "out of bread". I didn't hold out much hope of leaving with a sandwich but after 5 minutes of just standing by the carryout shelf one of the sandwich line workers asked me about my order and the owner stepped in to explain he had accidentally fat fingered the "ready" button on my sandwich. Eventually, about 22 minutes after ordering on the app I left with a sandwich.Come on mang. You can't "run out of bread" during the lunch rush. Some customers just walked out of the store while standing in line (don't blame them), others looked on in disbelief as the sandwiches where churned out at a glacial pace. When your customers are used to a 2-3 minute turn around for a sandwich and it's 22 minutes you're gonna miss some expectations. You gotta earn that freaky fast status. Hope they get up to speed soon. I'll update and adjust the stars if things improve.3rd trip. 22 minutes from ordering on the app till ready. The owner had to search to find the sandwich when I arrived at 25 minutes as it wasn't on the shelf for pickup. Still 3 stars.P.S. Food is still a 5/5. Bread was great. Assembled with care. Nailed the extra tomatoes request.
Been there twice. 1st time the wait was long(not busy) 2nd time the order was wrong (simple substitute *no tomato* add onion*) to go. "Manager"Gave no bag. When I asked for a bag he just pointed to them & told me to get it myself. Good thing I checked the order right there and not when I got home.
So happy that there is a Jimmy Johns in the Frisco/Little Elm area. First time getting lunch here and was impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff! There man who took my order was super friendly and I got my sandwich in a short amount of time!
I love Jimmy John's. I really like that this location has a pick up window. I order online and within minutes my order is ready at their pick up window. I just open the red door grab my sandwich and I'm on my way. My son (who is very picky) likes their Little John's. I recommend giving them a try and ordering through their app. You can earn free chips and even free sandwiches.
Asked for extra onions but my sandwich had 6 small slices. Not sure if they follow directions clearly. Other than that, no issues.
Waited 15 minutes for one sandwich that I placed an online order for. 3 workers total. Go home, open up my sandwich, it’s literally almost every ingredient that my sandwich doesn’t have. I customized a Beach Club which has turkey, provolone, avocado spread, lettuce, onion and mayo. My sandwich came with turkey, bacon, lettuce, provolone and mayo.Their POS was down. The guy with salt & pepper hair told the lady behind us that “there was no way he could take her order”, but when a guy walks in a minute later, he comes around the counter to apologize and tells him he can place an online order. Verrrry fair & helpful.
Ordered online pick up about an hour in advance and it was ready when I got there at my pick up time (7pm on Friday). Pretty busy place but my order was ready when expected and correct! So nice to have a Jimmy Johns in this area
