Nice place .. food was great
Place has gone downhill in the past four months . I don’t know what in the world happened st this location!Past month been there twice and all you hear is cursing profanity complaining about working there by the employees.They are so disinterested you have to repeat your oder over and over ( last visit was three times at the speaker then again at the window to someone totally different . Seems like the make up prices in their confusion that they no longer hand out receipts .Never again
To the president of Jimmy John corporation: I did not order Dr. Pepper soft drinks but was charged for one. When I ask the sale person at the drive by order window to recalculate the actual cost of the order, I was argued by him and he strongly slammed the glass window on me. Please train your staffs to make sure that they take correct orders and show respects to your customers because they help to put food on your table. Without loyal customers you will not have a business.
Never again I placed an order at 9:10 was told it would be here by 9:22 the latest. Looked up it was 9:39 called to see asked about the order. Was told the driver had just took out 8 order's. I stated I know they closed at 10 and would like to know if I would get my food. I was told yes it would be the next one he brought out. 9:56 I was called back and the manager said “ I know I said we would be able to bring your food but you e can’t the driver still has 2 other orders. I said that’s why I just called to confirm it would still be able to brought out. He said yes but they dont allow delivers after closing. I PLACED MY ORDER WAY BEFORE CLOSING. Offered some stupid store credit and refund. I don’t. Want the credit I want my food and I want you to hire more drivers if you are short staffed. Second time having an issuer with this location please do better
Got home and half way through eating my sandwich, which tasted weird, realized they forgot a few ingredients. Called to see if they just ran out of those ingredients, they said no, they had plenty. Just got a “sorry” and a long pause. Literally had to ask what they could do for me and was asked to drive back and bring in my sandwich. Instead of remaking my whole sandwich correctly, was sent home with HALF a sandwich(at least made correctly this time tho). Nice.
Sun 2/27 @ 4:40pmWonderful group of workers at this location. Having a great time while cleaning with only us two customers inside. This is what you want to see as a retail manager. I applaud the customer service I received and our sandwiches were made as requested. Really enjoyed watching this group work together to ensure location was clean during downtime. They need a raise and some kudos.
I hope you don't want your sandwich "freaky fast", because they do not know how to deliver promptly.Whenever I tried to call and get a status update, the MANAGER acted annoyed that I would try and call. He told me with an attitude, 'the driver left already and he'll be there when he can'...that tells me nothing.This is not the 1st time I waited over an hour to get a sandwich delivered less than 5 miles away.....but it will be the last time.
Worst experience. Lack of customer service & integrity. Rude associates & shift leader. The way they speak to customers is appalling. Horrible representation of the Jimmy John's brand. I would have left no stars had that been an option.
I am thoroughly through purchasing from Jimmy John’s on Parkerwood as orders have been consistently wrong. Today was the very last straw. Iced lettuce and frozen tomatoes and cucumbers on the long sandwich. By the time the kids got to eat it the frozen veggies had melted and entire bottom of sandwich was soggy!!!
Worst customer service. The young man was extremely rude, wouldn’t take my order, closed the drive through window in my face when I tried to ask a question. Horrible service. This is who you have representing your company .. I won’t be back!
