It's been about a year since I had Jet's. It was better a year ago. The whole reason anyone goes to Jet's is to get that crispy Detroit style crust. When I went to pick up my pizza the lobby was full of people. Despite ordering a 'well done' pizza it's clear to me that the busy rush had Jet's rushing pizzas out of the oven instead of pushing them back in to be well done. The result of me showing up on time to pick up my pizza that should have been coming out of the oven was a soggy luke warm pizza that had been sitting in the warmer/moistening box. All of the Jet's good was already bad when I picked up the pizza. Lesson learned - special directions are ignored and don't order pizza during busy times. If I wanted soggy pizza I could have thrown Digorno's in the hot tub.
And the search for good pizza continues. This is your typical pizza chain that's just not that good IMO. We had the thin crust with multiple toppings and a Greek salad and neither were saved for leftovers. Definitely will not be trying this place again.
Jets pizza is amazing. I am a pizza connoisseur and it probably is my favorite food. I know my pizza and Jets is #2 on my all-time favorite pizza places list. I'm normally not a deep-dish style pizza guy, but the Detroit style deep dish pizza at Jets is to die for. I always get the Detroit style deep dish with pepperoni, salami, jalapeños, extra cheese and turbo crust. The flavor is amazing, toppings are endless and make sure you ask for "turbo crust". Jets pizza will not disappoint!

This pizza place lacks basic customer relations skills. I booked a pizza on the phone to be picked up when I get there. The whole essence of the call was to save time. I got there only to realize that my order was completely messed up. When I complained about how I felt, the Asian guy, who took my order told me I could leave if I can't wait for another pizza to be made without any apologies for the time wasted. I was livid. Never knew a restaurant employee could be so rude.
Everything about this place was great! I got the deep dish pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños and it was the best tasting pizza I've ever had! I'm definitely coming back here more often! Highly recommend it!

Jets pizza never lets you down! Best pizza ? and desserts… had salads, sandwiches over the years and never been let down! Wish I had all the photos over time but I guarantee you’ll love!
The pizza is great, the staff… meh. The last 3 orders they have forgotten my sauce (ranch) for my jets bread. Including tonight. I also sat there for an extra 15 minutes while my pizza was in the warmer even though they called every other name for orders that were ready.
Really bad service!! Was given the wrong information about Pizza size and was then charged $30 for 8 slices of pizza. When I talked to the manager they offer for me to basically spend more money with them after they had already over charged me. I really liked Jets but won’t go there again if they can’t offer descent service and make it right after bad service.
