Looking for a quick lunch nearby and unfortunately chose this place. I ordered the tuna sub and after about an hour, felt nauseous and was having stomach pain. Tried to rest and sleep it off but couldn’t. After a few hours, I threw up three times. Needless to say, order at your own risk.
Car broke down today while here for a baseball tournament. While our car was in the shop down the street my family walked over to Jersey Mike’s to eat. I was so pleased with the young man working behind the counter I didn’t get his name but he was sweet and so caring. He offered my son a free cookie and asked if there was anything we needed.Told us to come back if we needed a place to hangout while our car was being fixed cause they are open until 9.
Great spot they do a nice job. My favorite of the sandwich chains.
This was my first time at a Jersey Mikes and the person who took my order was extremely rude with me for no reason. He asked me for type of bread and I looked up on the menu to check what kind of breads they got since it was my first time ordering here, and he pounded his fist on the counter and rudely yelled "white or rosemary bread?!". I was too stunned to even respond. I guess he thought he could get away with it since there were no other customers and he could yell at a woman by herself. Avoid this location at all cost!

i have always bought my subs from here until someone turned me on to Firehouse subs which are awesome. Well I thought i would go back and try my typical #13 for a change again. Why??? i should have stuck with Firehouse subs and made the drive to Preston Rd. The bread must have been from lunch. It was hard as a rock and the sandwich although was Mike's way was very very dry. so very disappointing when you look forward to a good sub and it is bad. Especially when you are paying almost $20 for a giant sub. Really??? Bad wont be back.
Jersey Mike's has been one of my all time favorite places for cheese steaks! I DO NOT make this statement lightly. I have gone to dozens and dozens of sub shops. From holes in the walls to chain locations. From the east coast to the west coast. I really, really like my cheese steak and so I always search for good places...Well, Jersey Mike's is my constant fall back, which is really surprising because it's rare that a big chain franchise makes my top spot for a fav!Now, all that said, this place was outstanding, even for JM's standards. The sub was piping hot, I actually had to let it cool down - great job guys! Staff was very efficient with their time. The place was very clean, and the Big Kahuna, of course was amazing!#Respect

Great food but the kids behind the counter seemed to be a bit preoccupied. 3 wrong sandwiches while I set there and ate. I also had to remind them a few times what I asked for on my sandwich.
Standard jersey mike experience. Good service.
