It was just okay. It was a sub but nothing special. I would recommend Jimmy John's over Jersey Mike's. Somehow the bread is better.

This place is a disaster when the owner and his brother are away. I've eaten here twice weekly for 2 years and the decline in organization is obvious. Six team members are behind the food prep station but there's no direction. Online ordering is a waste of time due to long waits and errors of your order.
The worst place to get a sandwich. Bunch of kids running this place. I went there before 9 pm.. The open sign was lit but the door was closed and The kids who run this place were playing trash toss with the trash bin. There was no manager.. When I went there during the day there are 4 or 5 people in the kitchen attending and its so confusing as to who is taking the order and who is making sandwich. It seems there is no manager ever at the restaurant .Will head to Capriottis next time.
Don’t usually do these reviews but had to this time.Consistency consistency consistency or the lack of.I come to this location quite often.When the owner is in in the evenings the food and service is spot on. Always a great consistent sandwich when he’s on the line. 5stars.When he’s not there you never really know what you are gonna get. Quality and service is best a 2star.Definitely not worth 28.00 bucks for two sandwiches.Hopefully you find a night manager with the same work ethics and strives to meet the same quality standards as you. As for me if I just see the kids I’ll be going elsewhere for dinner.
I absolutely love this place. Their philly cheese steak is hands down one of the best around. Then I have to put their club right there with it. I recommend using the app and earning points for free subs.
Terrible experience! I asked for a #16 PLAIN- Chicken and Cheese ONLY!! And a #6 Plain... I had to Throw Away my Chicken sandwich!! What I got was NOT what I ordered! I got - onions, peppers. I hate onions and peppers! (I even hate the smell of both). Then I was handed only 1 of my sandwiches. When I asked for a bag - I had to remind him there was 2 sandwiches. Then he wanted to hand me both sandwiches - NO bag!! . Again I asked for a bag. What I got was a blank stare. Very poor attention to my order and service. I came in personally to get my order the way I asked. That didn't happen.? ☹
The worst location in Frisco. I don’t mind the long wait due to understaffing but the staff they do have is rude, no organization, and order is almost always wrong.
I just had a Big Kahuna delivered. It was awful! Undercooked veggies, overcooked meat, soggy , dripping bread. Oh and they forgot my chips. I called Brian , “the manager”, told him very nicely about the sandwich and HE HUNG UP The phone on me! No apology! Just hung up after saying, “we are very understaffed right now”
