Very good dining experience at Jason's Deli. The staff was very accommodating. I had the toasted roast beef which was very good. Lettuce, tomato and pickle all fresh and crisp. The free ice cream was good too.Restaurant dining room was clean and was being monitored and bussed promptly too.A great Jason's Deli. I highly recommend this Jason's Deli location and we will be returning customers as well.
I like this place. The staff is friendly and always greet us with kind smiles. I tend to always get a beef eater and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because I wish there was more consistency. Sometimes I can come and have my sandwich packed with delicious meat and other times it's subway thin. Also soup can be warm and delightful, other times it's on the cooler side.
Just wanted to say your staff especially “Bobbie “are stupendously wonderful! He was very friendly, helpful, kind and full of smiles. My sisters order was lost and he helped her find it. There also was a very nice gentleman working there who helped my disabled sister and opened the door for her. Great staff!! Food was great as well! Will be back.
Oddly enough, I definitely recommend the night shift. We left a note on our pickup order that we appreciated them for their work and a young lady hand wrote a sticky note that she hoped we had a better night. Never had that before and made us come back three more times just trying to find her so we could tip heavy. Made our night that time and just meant a lot on a hard day...
Sandwich and soup was good. Stood waiting at counter to place order while staff member texting on her phone. Finally someone came over and told us to order at take out register. Lot of dirty tables and our table was sticky. I do not think the cleaner is not working or the person cleaning tables is not using enough cleanser. Questionable if we will go back, even though the sandwich and soup was good.
Love this Jason’s deli in particular because of the great customer service! We’re regulars thanks to the manager, Michael. No matter how busy they are he always finds the time to greet us and make sure everything is great. Michael’s always going above and beyond to make sure the quality of the food and service are great.
I come here quite often and it’s my favorite spot to hit on the way home. Excellent customer service and the food is perfect. Micheal is my go to and is always going above and beyond to make sure my food is right the first time. If I could leave more stars I would if you’ve read this far….COME HERE AND EAT!!! You can’t go wrong with this location!!
Jason's Deli- Eldorado, Frisco Texas. Always have to check the food order before leaving the store. In consistent. Sometimes forget the drink. Sometimes we get the entirely wrong sandwich. Just double check the order before walking out or leaving curbside.

Food taste and check out service was good. Could only give two stars due to the appearance of the restaurant. It was disgustingly dirty. The drink station area had spill all over the place, the lids were all over and some sitting in the spilt liquid. The ice cream machine was gross with ice cream dripping down the front and the floor. Half the tables had not been picked up. Were they busy and lacking staff? No. There were only 3 customers and more than plenty of the employees hanging out behind the counter. I suppose there's no manager on Sunday afternoons? My first several jobs many years ago were in fast food. Dirty establishment was never acceptable and even the parking lot was fair game. Where are the leaders?
