Food is okay but really bad customer serviceWhich takes away the fun part about eatingAnd sometimes I feel they intentionally ruin my order when they see my name on itThe guy at the window wouldn’t even say helloWhen he saw me at the window waiting for my food he literally grabbed it and threw it at the table in front of the windowOne time I ask for a milkshake he told me we don’t have it one minute after he proceeded with emptying the milkshake machine into the trash canister whilst staring right into my eyesI really don’t know what’s the problem with that dude, but I think he needs to talk to someone for helpAnd it’s not just me I had friends going over there too they all said the same thing on some of these pointsI don’t im going back thereThis all happened at the night shift
Had burger and fries one day and it was delicious. Then on the weekend we had ham,egg, and cheese on a bun and it was really good. Keep up the good work and the staff is great
Ultimate cheeseburger is just one of the best double meats burgers you can buy. Love the extra selection of items they have always had on the menu. Just an American classic place to get a quick bite to eat and always made to order which Is why it takes longer than some of the other places you can go.

Went to this location to get breakfast. Pulled up to the speaker and was told order I said one second please he said one. I said excuse me he said do you not know English b**ch I said where is your manger not here this is not ok. This store needs to be closed!!! Not ok
I like the fast food here - classic burgers and fries. Docked a star just out of frustration with the current work shortage. It's frustrating knowing that people are disincentivized to work right now - the people here deserve a lot of credit for pushing through the pandemic and not taking the easy way out. If you go during the graveyard hours, you will wait about 20 minutes for your meal in the drive through, but this has nothing to do with incompetence. I think they are just doing the best they can with staffing right now.
I like this location. Food is always good. They don’t mess up my order or forget to put things in the bag like many other fast food places. Employees are nice.
The drive thru is weird. I felt like a was in the live action version of the movie Napeleon Dynamite. The guy taking order has no business dealing with customers. He really should be in a non customer facing position. Maybe working the grill.
Asked to add loaded fries and he goes " you already have allot of food" are you serious? Whats that to you?Never coming here again.
