This team was amazing! You can tell they love what they do and every single person working there is so friendly and fast paced. Had a GREAT first experience tonight!
My wife and I made a point to stop here during our visit from the upper midwest last weekend.Positives: our order was promptly taken, facility was very tidy, energized employees were super couteous and friendly, indoor seating was available for dinein customers during a very cool windy evening, and prices were very low.Negatives: an under-sized kitchen and large customer volume resulted in a more than 10 minute wait to receive our small order of two hamburger meals, and the brittle, shoe string French fries were easily broken making consumption very difficult.
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in new Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
Amazing flavors, I thoroughly enjoyed my burger! Wow! The onions are the star of the show. I will be returning for the amazing flavor. The staff could do better, but after a long day of working, I understand that they might be tired and just want to go home.I’m giving them five stars for their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make your experience better. They forgot one of our burgers during a trip. After we called, corporate decided to send us a gift card in the mail to reimburse us for our time. They also wrote us a notecard with an apology. We were only expecting our burger so this was such a great thing for them to do. In-N-Out will forever have our business!
Never done a review anywhere before so hopefully that speaks for itself when I say that Austen(I believe was his name) made my day. Came in super late after a long day and His costumer service was top notch. He may have thought nothing of it but sometimes a genuine smile and politeness goes a long way !! Great staff tonight that went above and beyond to make sure every customer was satisfied.
Love In-N-Out. This location made me question returning. Visited on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Only a few people waiting in front of me.We waited 17 minutes for a single cheeseburger and an order of fries. Usually the experience is always good at this concept but I did not see any sense of urgency of the staff to get orders out.
Had the best visit at this location. We were helped right away, the order-taker was very patient with our lack of ordering knowledge, and the food came out fast. The order was accurate, hot, and delicious. All of the employee were friendly and seemed like they worked together really well as a team. The outside, seating area, and bathrooms were all very clean. If we lived closer, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Can never go wrong with In n Out! Even though the lines are long, their system on how to get us through is perfect. We don’t have to wait long for our meals. The prices are very affordable and the quality of the food is always on point!!!

I HATE coming here, but my daughter likes it because we're from CA. I don't have an issue with the food or the products, just understand this: if you get in the line at the drive-thru or go inside to order, expect 25-30 minutes before you get your order filled. This is NOT fast food or fast service. Honestly, if you come here, expect 25-30minutes minimum because of the popularity and the speed of service.
