I took my nine year old here for breakfast today. I have to say, the food was very well prepared (no foodie pics this time, we just tucked in) and delicious! Portions were huge, and this is the only chain I've ever heard of where your side can be a stack of three full sized pancakes.The service was good but slow. Restrooms were pretty nasty - thus, the four star rating.

I do not recommend ordering online Pick-Up. Curbside Pick-Up is also non-existent. You get to the restaurant and call, but no one answers. When you get inside the restaurant, the staff says they're going to "check" on your order when in reality, they're putting in your order....15 minutes after they check. It could be a short staff issue and the staff was friendly, but if you choose to eat here, I would say to eat in the restaurant not takeout.

If I could give it less I would. Waited 10 mins to be seated while the waiter smirked and ignored me. When I asked to be seated he pointed to someone else and said not my problem. The manager didn’t seem to care. I get that staffing is hard in COVID times but this type is straight rudeness is unacceptable. Shut down your restaurant then. The employee gave me a middle finger when I walked out. Unreal.

Overall good experience. Food was good and servers were nice. But they were a little lacking on drink refills and refilled coffee wasn't hot.

Dreadful. I ordered the Belgian waffle combo with sausage and over medium eggs. The eggs were average and the sausage was average. The waffle was so cold when it arrived at the table that the butter refused to melt. The restaurant was as cold inside as the outside ambient temp: 42F. Will not return and recommend it’s shut down.

We are frequent customers here, and have usually eaten here without incident. Today we were made to feel very unwelcome by our server Alma. Not only was she rude to me when taking my order, but she also made us feel very rushed. My husband was not offered a refill on his drink, and we were not asked whether we wanted any thing else before she wordlessly placed our check on the table. Then she ignored us as we sat there waiting to pay, trying to flag her down. We had to stop another waitress just to pay our bill.The food here is always decent and filling, and I feel badly I cannot give stars just for the food, but unfortunately bad service can ruin the taste of any meal. We dine out a lot, and understand there are labor shortages due to the pandemic. We are never rude to service people, and we tip generously. Our treatment today at this restaurant was uncalled for. Especially since it was on a Sunday morning before the crowds really come in.I encourage anyone who experiences less than stellar service to keep their receipts, and complete the guest survey. IHOP will provide you a coupon code to write down on the receipt for use on your next visit at any location. For me, I like IHOP, but I’ll probably not frequent this location any longer.

It was not as busy as usual, or rather, not busy, but it took 10 minutes to be seated. Once we got a booth the service was good. We ordered 3 different plates, all of which the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Somewhat over-priced IMO, but for the variety of food we received, we left well satisfied.

Very dirty tables sitting for long times and than they sit us next the gross tables instead of the areas that are clean already. I use to work at IHOP as a teen but my view over the last two years has changed for this chain. It's gotten bad. Attitude, cleanliness, and service have all diminished unfortunately

Great atmosphere in here today. Whoever was in charge of the music, was on point with it. Sat back and enjoyed them all you can eat pancakes. And our server, Brian, was great as well.
