Do not order from Icon meals. Not only does it not taste good, but I had also gotten sick from all the meals. Their customer service is the worse, I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't. So just spend your money elsewhere.
I would recommend for anyone looking for ease of meals and portion control. Or for anyone who doesn't have time to prepare their meals. This being said - I received the lean package (part of a training program). The proteins are a bit tough/over cooked (I'm sure microwaving doesn't help) and nothing is seasoned. Basic meals can be inspiring and/or seasoned in the cooking process.

If I could give zero stars I would. These meals were awful. They look super unappetizing and are so bland. I couldn’t eat them without gagging. They made me sick to my stomach. I followed the recommended cooking times and the shrimp were so rubbery they squeaked when I chewed them. The ground turkey and beef were the consistency of wet dog food. The customer service is also horrible. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me one because nothing was wrong with the food, when clearly there were many issues.
Their foods are super yummy and affordable! Check out the Titan bowl and burrito, it will not disappoint!!
