I had to change my review! They do have the best Pizza and I order from them at least 1-2 times a month! My company is all about Kindness and I was so disappointed in my last experience. I broke my foot & am in excruciating pain, the pain pills also make me so nauseated. I ordered from Grub Hub and accidentally pressed express checkout without changing my order because I'm not well. I immediately called them and asked if I could please just add Canadian bacon and mushrooms on half of the cheese pizza as I mistakenly confirmed without changes. I said they could do an extra charge or anything as that's all I can eat. They said they couldn't help me! It was a simple request of adding a few slices of Canadian bacon and ham onto half a pizza! I was so disappointed. Their pizza is so good but I'm all about spreading Kindness and under my circumstances, I feel they could've helped but they didn't. I respect rules but I just want to encourage us all, chose Kindness!
I Fratelli Pizza is type of pizza I haven’t had since April of 2020, back when I was able to do nothing during the school year, since I was doing online school and hardly took it seriously. When I had i Fratelli again tonight (less than 20 minutes ago), I was blown away once again! The sauce is VERY good with a good cheese:sauce ratio, the cheese was very good and had a nice texture to it, the crust was thin and the unorthodox shape had a nice appearance and equally good crispiness, and the pepperoni was outstanding! Also, the seasoning was sharp, but not abrasive! The pizza was so good that it was a throw back to when I had it back last year, and I miss those days… Lastly, the customer service was wonderful, the employees were nice, and the price is definitely high but the quality is worth it! Also, the cookies were perfect.Thank you so much i Fratelli! If I had the money I’d donate $100,000 straight to y’all!
They caught me !!!This is the most flavourful pizza you can find in North Dallas. Fresh ingredients, flavors and unique pizzas. They are a bit more expensive than other places, but let me tell you, if you try an iFratelli pizza, you will not go anywhere else afterwards.

I just called them very late and I already knew they are about to closing but when I ask the guy if you are not able to take my order it is OK but he said don’t worry I will take care of you that was a big favor and this guy was very nice as always
This was my second time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the "Carne Classico" pizza, and it was bad. The sausage tasted like it was old, and it was extremely oily. I could only stomach 2 slices before I had enough. I feel awful because I suggested this pizza place to my family, and even they couldn't eat it.I don't want to bash the restaurant, because the last pizza I ordered was delicious. Maybe it was the time of day I ordered it? I'm not too sure. I'm willing to give this place one more time in the future. I just hope they can deliver a better quality pizza.(I apologize for coming off as rude, that's not my intention at all)

This by faaaaar was the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten. Roughly $15 for a medium with pepperoni and a $4 tip. I would have known better i would have gotten a cardboard box and threw some sause and pepperoni on top of it. I am totally in disbelief that the pizza was beyond horrible. Not to mention after eating it it was like I had taken a laxative. I stayed running to the bathroom. I've read a few reviews that talk about how great the pizza was my only thought is you haven't had down right good pizza.
