Who doesn’t love Hooters! It’s basketball season and this location is a great place to stop in to watch the game! They did appear to be short staffed because I only saw 2 waitress however you wouldn’t know it because Britt and the other young lady was very responsive always checked on us to make sure we were good. Very very sweet and welcoming and even though it was only 2 of them they moved like it was 10 of them. These ladies are amazing. Don’t forget to be kind & be sure to tip them as they work very hard and also provide great customer service! Also Hooters has some of the best crab legs and butter! If you have tried them I encourage you to get them! We didn’t leave any behind LOL!!!
Got there at opening 11am, manager opened the door with a friendly greeting, our server was very attentive and got our order correct, drink service was fast. Wings, nachos with chicken and an order of waffle fries came out hot and very tasty.So satisfied we left our server a bonus tip.Thanks Hooters 5 stars today.

Danni was very kind and courteous today. I took my dad for lunch and we had boneless wings and a few Western BBQ burgers. Danni kept our Ice tea’s refilled and was quick.Great time!!

Consistently problematic. Took family in and got seated. Waited 20 minutes and they ignored us until we left. My mom had a flat tire outside and she watched them serve other tables after we left and went to Kelly's. They ignored is on purpose because we are a large family. Too bad I'm an ex hooters girl and I tip generously because I know how it is. Oh well.
Order was messed up and supervisor was very arrogant… he doesn’t know how to run business. I have to drive all the way to fix my order… no apologies.. sorry nothing…I don’t recommend.. spoiling reputation of hooters.. hope he will fix manager walde…I hate to say but this is one of the wrost hooters I have been to .I see standard reply from owner but want to know what was done to correct the issue.
Save yourself a bad experience and go to the one in Addison. Came in about 730P, not busy at all. Took forever to get seated, once seated took forever to get served. Appetizer came, fried pickles- under fried and soggy. Wife ordered boneless wings- ok but under sauced, ordered fries and never got them, ended up canceling fries. Son- lemon pepper bones less wings- good, his came with fries- cold! Sent them back and guess what, cold again, almost as if I got the same ones back. I got regular breaded wings- under sauced, onion rings- cold and tasted old. The oil tasted old. Didn’t get offered any refills. A bad experience all the way around.
I’m a dasher and I came to the restaurant for an order and they treated me very bad, told me to stand by the door but very rudely and had me waiting for 15 minutes, I had to reject the order unfortunately. They think because we are dashers they have the right to treat us that way or maybe because I’m a Hispanic dasher. The girl who acted poorly was a tall blonde.
