Loove the texture of the noodles. Whether they were hand pulled or sliced the texture is magnificent. All the main dishes were seasoned to perfection. As a bonus the service was superb. One of the appetizers may had an extra spoon of msg or wasn’t mixed well but one of the bites did had more than expected. No big deal since the other dishes made for it.
I certainly had high hopes for this place. I think the food is pretty good but it did not amaze me. The noodle is freshly made and it has good strength which is very good, however I feel like the soup could have been better. I don’t think the soup is rich enough. They have a lot of other dishes other than noodle which weee surprisingly very good. However they are not cheap. 2 adult and 2 little kids easily spent close to $100
I got the hand pulled beef noodle soup. The noodles were good, but that's the only good thing about it. The beef were cut into tiny cubes, as small as beef can be cut into and still be called beef. The soup didn't have any big vegetables in it, only green onion. I've had similar soups in China before, but they actually put meat and veggies into my soup. I already paid $12 for this, so I was expecting a lot more. I could've paid $9 for a pho broth that has more meat and veggies. My boyfriend got the Mongolian beef entree. The beef and green pepper tasted really good. The rice was good too.Service was a little weird here. We ordered after scanning the bar code and they brought the food to our table. We had to serve our own water. The water must have been tap water cause it tasted gross. We asked for coke and they gave us a can of coke. The noodles were great, but would I pay $12 again to eat mostly noodles and noodles only? No
A new noodle place in town. Totally worth of trying their hand pulled beef noodle soup. The noodles are very tasty and authentic. The stir fry dishes are also tasty. Would come back for their noodles.
This is a new place that’s been open since December. Best beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. They make these the langzhou style where the broth is lighter and the beef is in smaller cubes. I got the xtra wide flat noodles and as they were hand made and pulled they were so delicious! The broth was so exquisite I just can’t stop raving about it. The spicy chicken was also to die for. We asked for mild and that was perfect for us. The lady seating people as well as the other waiting staff were so kind and friendly. I cannot wait to come back and bring my dad and mom.
One of my best restaurant experiences because of the food and service. I can see why some comments would complain about the price ($15 for regular and $16 for large noodle bowl), but I do believe that the quality is on par given the ingredient and labor. Our server (young girl with glasses) was very nice too. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of their other dishes.
Came here for lunch with my husband. Got seated right away but had to wait over 30 min for a bowl of noodles. The 2 tables around us who came after got their food at least 10-15 min before us. Food tasted super heavy-very salty and spicy, even though we ordered mildly spicy. My husband is heavy on salt and he also complained foods were too salty. The waiters were too busy to check on us. Bad experience on both food and service.
Love this place! This place is next to the 99 ranch which is really convenient. The service is the BEST!!!I love their noodles and their soups. Really good!! The price is kind of high compared to their portion.Anyways, their food quality is good:-)
Disappointed, I am really looking forward for a good noodles shop. We ordered the cabbage, which turn out to be the best dish out of all dishes we ordered. The pork is really crispy with the sauce strong in citrus taste , it is good too. The noodles are hand pull, we can see the chef pulling noodles by the glass portion of the kitchen. You could choose the thickness of the noodles, which is special. The noodles itself is not flavor, a little disappointing at this. Other hand pull noodles restaurants have better flavor noodles. The broth isn't good, Lan Zhou noodles soup is known for its clear but flavorful soup. This one is clear, not flavorful at all. The chili is correct, strong aroma not spicy.
I can notice the flavor has been adjusted to less salty. But I really like the original one because it is much more flavorful and the original flavor tastes more authentic than now. Feel like not only the salt has been reduced but also the authentic flavor. But the service is great.
