Delicious burger…. Great taste and onion strings were good. Staff was friendly which is always a plus…. A little pricey but worth it.

Very disappointed in this dining experience. We have been to Haystack before and their burgers are quite tasty. I thought I'd try the Ruben Sandwich. As you can see from the photo the pastrami was so thin and there was so little of it, it looked like and tasted like the sauerkraut's shadow. If we do return, we will definitely avoid the Ruben Sandwich.

Delicious burgers, fries, and fried pickles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely try it a second time time. The burgers had just the right amount of juiciness.

When I walked in, I couldn’t really get a sense on what the vibe was based on the interior design. It’s kind of all over the place and doesn’t seem to target a particular customer base. I ordered the patty melt and I really love how they provide healthier options for protein. I subbed my beef patty for the turkey patty. My burger tasted so good; probably the best patty melt I’ve ever had. They also have gluten free options and my wife really enjoyed the gluten free bun. My only complaint is that there isn’t really a smaller burger option for teenagers and adults who do not eat a lot. They have a children’s menu, but charge you $2 more if you’re not in the young or elderly age range. However, overall this restaurant provided a great experience and I recommend them!

The place was recommended by the owner at the National Video Game museum. Boy, do I gotta thank him! This place was incredible! First of all it's in a real nice town, Frisco TX. I loved the city, the people and the buildings. This place is in a perfect spot with easy access to the highway and great parking. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was inside. They decorated very well and keep the place spotless. The menu was full of good things, but we were there specifically for the burgers. They DO NOT disappoint! They were huge and tasty, soft buns, perfectly seasoned and well cooked. The veggies were crisp and fresh and the fries homemade. We ended the meal with a Nutella shake..It was the best! . The service was great as well. I noticed they had a bar area but I don't drink so I didn't order anything there, however I saw many people with smiling faces sitting at the bar. The bathrooms were clean. Thanks! Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Frisco!

Just great. Fried pickes are amazing and the burger and kids meal we got were all worth it. Well be back here again. Friendly staff and very open seating. Order in line then they bring you the food. They even have a bar of you're looking for that.

I have to go eat there at least once a week, that means they have the best burgers around cooked exactly how order and for me …. Medium rare!

Came here with the wife and brat, was craving a burger but not just any burger needed something new and different, and I think I found the place. Had driven past the place a couple of times and never paid attention due to the funky location, but reviews looked good so, told the wife it's burger time!! So this is an order as you come in,get your own drinks, condiments place, My one pet peave I have is if you gonna make me do all these things then have decent prices, that said it is a bit on the pricey side, and Ala carte (Not my favorite) OK so I had the Haystack burger, which was really tasty, juicy and greasy and all around good, one thing though, not a fan of soggy buns, and this will happen with this burger type, still really enjoyed the taste. The wife had the Escabeche burger, looked really nice and good presentation, she said it was not spicy, but tasted really good, and ofcourse the kiddo had a kiddo burger this did come with fries and a kiddo drink. Also ordered the Half and Half, Fries and fried pickles , both were delicious the place serves really good burgers and sides, also looks like they have several taps, with local beers? Even though it's on the pricier side, I will come back, because the burgers are good and service was ok.

I went the Saturday. Just an odd experience. Ordered food and when cheese sticks came out waitress put in table and half fell off. She just said sorry and left. There was cleaner on table where it was wiped down. The couple that were on the plate were crispy but cold inside still. Burger had too much bbq said on it. Couldn’t really taste any but the sauce. Not impressed by service or food. Could been a bad day but won’t try again just to be let down.

Burgers are great, and the specials are often even better. Good selection of local beers too, including some stuff that you don’t see at every place. Patio is a nice addition but know that it is a little small so you may not be able to get a table there.Overall a very good spot for a casual meal in the Frisco Rail District!
