Have you ever had soup that was just “okay”? Not too salty, not too sugary, just okay.HaiDiLao is exactly that, except with a high price tag.The ingredients are above average quality, but so over charged that if you want to be truly full, the bill will make you dizzy.I’m from Vietnam and after hearing my entire Facebook community rave about the franchise, I can tell you that the hype is overrated. Most people come for the gimmicks, like the karaoke booth, gift bags, nice restrooms, hair ties, robot waiter, etc. They’re all mediocre (for US standards). The customer service was great, as expected.Come and try it out! You’ll be disappointed but at least you’ll finally settle the hype.

Excellent. Experience was unique, staff was very friendly and informative. Food was very good. Highly recommend for those wanting something a little different. Robotic food servers pace by, experience was above and beyond as they offered glass cleaner, bibs and even hair ties to avoid food incidents. There were multiple broth options from lip numbing spicy, tomato, tom yum to beef broth. I was originally skeptical on meat quality but it had great marbling and flavor. Shrimp came out on bed of ice and ingredients were fresh.

This is a fairly posh hot pot place. They have a robot waiter for collecting dishes which we thought was pretty cool. All the curries were SPICY and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you can’t handle spicy food. This is make you sweat, make your nose run spicy. The service was really great and they even provided a toy and sweets for the kids at our table.

This is by far one of the better hot pot places in DFW. Restaurant is clean and staff were all very courteous. Unfortunately, the restaurant ran out of noodles from the dancing noodle guy, so we missed the show for the kids to enjoy. That disappointment however was made up by the snack tower by the front door. Asian snacks such as Hawthorne rolls and 麻花were nice surprises. It’s like getting party favors when there isn’t a party.

The food was delicious and staffs were friendly. First impression of this restaurant is how clean and attentive they staffs were when we walked in and we walked out. We came in a party of 7 people and it super crowded. We enjoyed our dinning experience here. You need to make a reservation ahead of time so you don't have to wait. The host was very chill and server was so helpful and attentive at table 063. I can't see her name but she was a wonderful waitress. We left big tip. All staff were carefully explained the menu and patiently guide us to get our food. Overall experience was amazing. Not to even mention the restrooms were uniquely designed and not you see it everyday. Highly recommended for any visitors or hot pot lovers. ?♨️??

I’ve been here multiple times but it’s always been me and my husband. Today we went with our kid and they gave him little toy, they gave him food, they wiped down the table and high chair for him, they played peekaboo with him. It’s hard to go eat with kid and this place knows how to help the parents. They just won our hearts. We love it here!!Everybody is so polite and sweet. The service here is top notch. My mom was surprised that this is Asian restaurant *cough cough* lolFood wise: 10/10. We are a big fan of hot pot and this place is the best one imo. The food is always fresh and clean. Some people say it’s on the pricey side but we think it’s the right price and it’s totally worth it. We love it. Will continue to support this business!

The hotpot food is excellent and the service is even better.Price is on the high end. One can have two meals for the same amount of money.

My husband and I went to Haidilao in California many times and this was our first time visiting this location here. My husband was complaining their house sauce was tested differently and odd. Our meat was brisket and beef belly. It's the beef belly in this picture and you can tell it's not the most fresh one. We tried Dandan noodle since it's cheap as $4, we give it try, the noodles tested like nothing but oily. The soup based we have is alright. The beef ball in my opinion, it wasn't good and I felt I regret ordering it. I honestly don't know why it's so different between two states, but I mean it's an option for people who want to have a Chinese style hot pot. But for me I dont know if I wanna come back :(

Amazing place , we come here almost like every week . The gentleman that served my table did the amazing job ! Today, I went to a Korean Bbq place and I met him again. He was really cool said hi to me, and also bought me and my friends some milk tea ! I forgot to ask his name but for sure I will come back to Hadilao to see him ! Love this place ❤️ highly recommend !

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. I called in advance to make a reservation. We went on a weekday for an early dinner (5:30pm) and the place was packed!I have been wanting to go since I first heard of it from a friend who lives in Asia. But there isn’t a location where I live. So I was really excited to go during the trip to Dallas. Is it hyped up? Yes. Would I go again? Yes!I would say it’s not that the food was amazing or out of this world. But the service is what really sets it apart from other hot pot places. Even though it was super packed, our order was taken quickly and our food arrived really fast. There is a robot that delivers the food! Also we ordered the dancing noodle as well. The noodle was just your average tasting noodle but the “show” was cool!Kids receive a free toy and some food items. Which I think is really smart because it takes a while for the items to cook. There is a sauce station where you can create your own or follow a recipe. Also some cold side dishes and fruit are available.Even the restrooms are super clean and well stocked with items that you might need. There are also little goodie bags you can take after your meal.It is pricey but worth the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I mean what other restaurant provides a hair tie for you so your hair isn’t all up in your face?(Sorry for the lack of pictures…I was too excited and overwhelmed with all the food we ordered)
