Good options for boba tea but little pricey compared to other similar places. Staff seemed somewhat disengage.
I’ve never had a good experience here for the past year and a half and I used to come here a lot when it opened. The girls working here are always rude and just overall, bad customer service 8/10 times I go there. I ordered a drink with regular ice and almost my entire cup was full of ice. I’ve tried to like it here but I've only had bad experiences.
Definitely had the worst customer service here. I asked for less sugar (usually it is 70%), but the lady decided to do 30% with less ice. I asked if I could get 70% instead, and she said well less is 30% when literally the menu board said “choose your sugar level from 100% to 0%).
At the pricier end for boba, but they are consistent with their products and I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea or Oreo milk tea.
Based on the experiences and ratings given by other people, this place has improved. The drink I ordered was the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls and it resulted perfectly (just the way I liked it). The tea was made well and didn’t have any grainy or powdered texture, so I assume it was mixed correctly. With the boba it was soft and chewy unlike other places. They gave a heaping amount of the pearls, which meant they did not underfill and I was able to get my moneys worth. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I hope I’ll be able to visit again in the future.
Poor customer service. I ordered a drink and turned around to ask for it cold instead of hot. Rather than getting my order corrected, I was asked to pay for another $6.50 for a drink. I asked them couldn’t I just give the drink back since I hadn’t drank it, and they said no, that I would just need to pay for another drink if I wanted it changed hot to cold. The other drinks were watered down, and the boba was sour. Very strong sour taste. Will never go to this location again.
Great drinks with lots of choices to make it your own and enjoy how you like it!
Drink quality has been the most consistent among all the places that sell boba in this vicinity. However, service is generally very transactional- for some reason the staff don't even smile here.
I have ordered drink from here a lot. It’s not a big deal, but the way they handle the situation when their reward system is down or change made me feel very unhappy. They are not helpful and welcoming loyalty customer. I received bad customer service for my recent visits and I had to give it one star this time
Yesterday (7/18/2021) I went to this location with my family. I think Gongcha in any location would be great but this one is not the case. The cashier didn’t seem very welcome and he showed his attitude. The worst thing is any Gongcha would do the Fivestars thing where you get 1$ as 1 point. If you have 50 points then you get 1 free drink. We spent $38 in total and it just didn’t pop up in the app. I came to ask the cashier, he told me there was problem with the system and that his boss will do it manually. But y’all know what, they only gave me 10 points when I got home. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.
