I created my own bowl and it was delicious! Definitely would go again next time I am down there!

This restaurant can be a hit and a miss at times. The manager seems cool and there are times that the service is good but those seem to be during the day after lunch rush. Evenings and rush seem to be when there are issues. A few have to be ADA issues. There is no handicapped parking in front of the restaurant, nor is there any access from parking lot to sidewalk. You have to go down a bit to get both. Inside everything is cramped. Strollers can’t even go down an aisle let alone a wheelchair and I doubt crutches. Your backs are basically touching with the person behind you. The service is poor as the servers seem to avoid eye contact as much as possible, seems to always be short staffed. To get a refill you have to ask for a refill each time.

I had the best food, and the most wonderful staff! Highly recommend it!!

Super clean and just perfectly cooked food. Will be coming back next time I'm in dallas/ft worth. I love how clean it is and just host staff is amazing yay.

Been coming to this location since it opened and had the best meal and overall experience this time!! The staff were friendly and the cooks looked happy to make you meal!! And me and my husband both commented to each other how clean it was. Thank you Frisco Genghis for the great food and experience!! We will be back soon!!

The space is nice and spacious, but the food was subpar. Very salty and the service wasn’t the best.

The burnt ash from previous cooking on the pan was not removed which was mixed up in mine. Did not really like it.But choosing the different types of meat and veggies is a nice concept and sauces were good. Would be great if maintained well.

Showed up at this location at 8:40pm when they say they close at 9pm. Actually walked up with another customer who experienced the same disappointment as me when I tried to open the door. Nothing I can’t stand more than fast food workers that can’t stay open until the advertised close time. Get it together GG; you actually have decent food sometimes.

I missed this place soo much.  There have been a few changes since we lived here last, but they're improvements.  Came by for lunch, first ones in at opening.  First clue of how anxious we were.  We got 3 lunch bowls, regular size $10 each.  What I love are all the protein options.  I'm mainly a steak girl, and they have both cubes and Carne asada.  Quite a few options for seafood also, I always go with the shrimp.  The sauces have changed, so with the help of the manager, Shannon, I found the exact one I was looking for, D3 sweet and savory.  I chose the noodles, but the fried rice is also incredible.  Our service was great, Shannon is amazing!  We'll return no doubt about that!

If your hours are posted that you are open. Stay open or update your hours. Drove 30 minutes to try out and were closed before 6pm on a weekend. Sat in car for less than 10 minutes and 4 other parties of people showed up to find it closed as well. Only proving more that it wasn't my fault and I didn't misread the hours
