Ordered the same item twice on different occasions, but it didn’t taste the same.I was over charged, perhaps on accident, but make sure you are charged what your order is regardless of if you’re paying by cash or card. I had to go back in to get the difference which again was incorrect calculation and I still overpaid.They ask if you want to tip, for an order that you place yourself and the order that you have to take yourself, with no serving.I do recommend this place as they have good popping bubbles.

Used to love this place but they got rid of my favorite drink. The new drink was also not great. Also tipping culture has gotten worse. The default options are 18% and higher. It felt like they want to make you feel bad for not tipping when you stood in line, placed, and picked up the order yourself. Granted, they are not the only ones doing this nowadays.
Went here to cool off from the heat and it didn’t disappoint. Very good selection of flavors and also the chairs are very comfortable.
I have never tried any type of milk tea and I decided to try the Black Sugar milk tea... different but good! Staff was nice!
I want to give zero star rating. We got there and it took about 20 mins for someone to come out to take our orders, even though I could see several people in the kitchen looking out. After I got my order they had the audacity to verbally ask me if I wanted to leave a tip with my credit card. Typically these places don’t put you on the spot asking for a tip verbally. These people gotta be high. Don’t go unless you wanna spend $8 on a mediocre drink you need to wait 30 mins for.
