It’s crowded already and this review will make it more so! This is absolutely the best breakfast/lunch restaurant. The rest of them and there are plenty, pale in comparison to First watch. The food is incredible, the wait staff is amazing and Pavel the General Manager is outstanding. Go at 10:45am, I’m usually done by then and you can have my table.
This is not the move to make if you want to have breakfast or brunch on the weekend for an in and out trip. We went on a Saturday morning around 10. And didn’t get seated until 11:30. I bragged on this place to my family visiting in town the day before, and the service sucked. Once seated the waitress took forever to come serve us to the point where others aground us began to ask if we had gotten our orders. Around 12:15 or so I told my family to pack up and we were leaving. We approached the front desk to pay for the juice and coffee we ordered. The manager came and told us that our food was now ready, which caused me to chuckle while asking her if she was serious. I told her to keep it and that we will be making breakfast as home today. She asked us to give her a second while she went to the back. She returned with bags of to-go plates with our orders along with a $20 gift card. That was a nice gesture, but I would much rather have my time and family time respected and appreciated. We went there to spend money not to observe others. We haven’t been back since and we gave the gift card to someone outside waiting. We did eat the food, so two stars it is!
I woke up this morning in the mood for something great and that is exactly what I got at First Watch. I came in and was immediately sat down. My server was a beautiful girl named Mckenzie. McKenzie is a great server and did an amazing job. She had great suggestions from the menu. If you decide to come here suggest her as your server you will not be disappointed.
Staff were super friendly and very attentive. The waiter checked on us frequently to ensure we didn't need anything and was predictive to our needs for refills, etc.Bathrooms were clean, and the food was delicious! Look forward to coming back!

Food was amazing!Servers were very friendly as well.However, the kitchen left much to be desired. Party of nine, including three children. Two of the kids and three adults were served first. Some more plates came within 5 minutes. All of which were missing sides which came within another 15 minutes. Two adults got served after everyone else had finished. The final sides came end of meal.Management issue for sure.

Excellent Chain Restaurant. I had my first dining experience at the Tulsa location and I have loved them since. When I found them in Frisco, I was super excited. The reception here is very welcoming and they have my favorite menu the Baja Turkey Sandwich with Tomato soup. I have dined here several times and also placed several to go orders and everything has always turned out great.
Excellent chain restaurant. I used to meet clients for breakfast (pre-COVID) at one of their locations back east. I enjoy their omelet choices. I had an everything omelet and will definitely return!
Our waiter Jason was amazing. Unfortunately our food ticket fell and the cooks didn't see it. Jason was super attentive and was quick to find it and put it at the top of the line for us. He then went above and beyond by letting us know what happened in the back and comped our meal!Canaan, the manager, is running a wonderful restaurant where her wait staff and hosts feel confident in making decisions and are kind to their customers.Oh and the food was amazing too!
