Firehouse always slap but today the guy at the counter made a couple recommendations on my sandwich and mannnmm that thang was jumpin!

I absolutely love fire house subs! I come to this location a lot whenever I’m in the area for lunch. Their sandwiches are delicious, but I only ever get the club on the sub. Pricey, yes, but delicious. 4 stars bc they really need some extra help on the weekends and during lunch rush.

terrible customer service. i’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life worst place ever. i had a reward for a free sub and not one single team member knew how to do it. they had to call their manger on the phone. they were on the phone for 10 min had me waiting in line. they took my order about 5 times till finally after 30 min someone just made my sandwich. i do not recommend coming here whatsoever your better off going to jersey mikes.
The employees at this location are so kind, considerate and quick! I am VERY pregnant but refuse to give up deli meat, I love sandwiches too much. The gentleman who took my order noticed I was pregnant and offered to steam the meat on my sandwich extra without me even asking! I will go out of my way to frequent this location from now!
Seriously- this new BBQ Cuban Sub, Loaded Baked potato soup, Miss Vickie's Jalepeno chips, Sweet Tea- alllllll heavenly. ???
Was in the Frisco, Texas location several days ago. Immediately greeted as I came in. Really nice employees.The reason for only 3 stars, is that I ordered a Club on Sub, on wheat.Which has smoked turkey, honey ham & pepper bacon along with the rest of a normal Sub.I said no tomatoes & no deli mustard, but add the green pepperchini's.The store was nice & clean. Not that busy. It seemed to take awhile to make the Sub. BUT.... all I got was a honey ham Sub on wheat, with about 2 or 3 pepperchini's.The Sub was very delicious... BUTWrong ! I was so hungry & pressed for time. I just ate and left. And didn't have time to go back and have them make a whole new Sub.
Staff at that time was young, inattentive so stood around for a few min waiting for order. But they were having some fun amd I got comped so no worries. Other than that bread was lil stale
Pretty decent sandwiches flavor wise. Prices are a bit much for the sizes they offer. Their small is like a half of normal home bread sandwich for $5+ dollars. :(
