As if this place can’t get any worse with Andy behind the bar, they had to go hire another snarky bartender named Steve. I can’t imagine any establishment putting up with the behavior of these workers. They deliberately ignore you when you sit down, are rude, non attentive, and consistently in a bad mood. If you don’t like your job, then go find another one! Ridiculous! Don’t worry, I won’t be back. ?
This place is GARBAGE!! Ordered Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, basically what came out was fried chicken wings when I asked for them to put some sauce on it. They put oil so my already fried greasy wings came back out even more oily/ greasy… it’s unfortunate how lazy everyone in the service industry has become. Fast foods, restaurants, bars have all dropped in quality!! Things “made in America” are not quality anymore like they used to be. As for this establishment they have lost my business.
My friend and I went here to have a drink after the Super Bowl. They told us we had to sign a receipt after they held our drivers licenses for 10 minutes, as this is their protocol to ensure all customers become “members” before they can receive a drink. They did scan the IDs and saw they were legitimate. They then told us that our signatures on their receipts for our new membership were not legible and we had to write out our full names per their protocol. So I wrote mine a few times to be as legible as possible. They told me I was okay because I’m from Texas but my friend is from out of state and has to sign a few more papers and since we were questioning why, they said we were acting rude. At that time we asked for our IDs back and left. I have never been through anything like this at any bar in any state and I won’t be going back to an End Zone. They clearly need change of management as they brought the whole team over to address the situation and every single person was rude, leading with the manager. There are way nicer places in Frisco and Little Elm with friendly staff who allow you to just get a drink after they scan your ID. Not to mention the countertops were sticky and dirty. Good luck

Karaoke was so much fun! Our server was great and attentive. The drinks were good and beer was cold. Will go again
Your Uber Eats has a bunch of buy one get one free deals listed for 16 boneless wings, bone-in thighs, multiple listings, but it doesn’t actually work or show up as a deal on Uber eats. So only got half my wings. Will update my review once the problem is fixed. Will say great great food!!!Edit : Ubereats refunded me and it looks like the problems fixed on ubereats! My daughter and I called End Zone for 20 minutes straight to place an order only to have them answer the phone and hang up on us! I need answers immediately! What kind of business nonsense is this!? We finally get an answer and I ask the guy, “Why do you all keep picking up the phone and hanging it up?” He says “Because it’s usually Doordash, what’s up?” Are you kidding me! Such poor business ethics and I actually like their food. Not again!UPDATE 11/9/2021: Changing my review to a 4 based on Eric's response. Thank you Eric for the timely response, addressing the matter and being vulnerable. No one is perfect and when you are a business it take a village to continue to build it. P.S. I just ordered dinner from you all this evening and looking forward to the yummy food.

Decent place. Had great music food wasn't all that great got there burrito full of rice barely any meat. The hot dog was good.
