Great bbq! Family owned and run. My husband loved the smoked bologna and I loved the rib tips. Sides were awesome. Thinking about having them cater my next event.
I came to Cadillac to get my car serviced, they recommended for us to visit Ernest BBQ and they did not disappoint. The minute you walk in the smell of brisket made our mouth water. Although it was 9am I wouldn’t turn down BBQ!! Earnest was really sweet and welcoming! The drive for us was about a hour but it’s definitely worth the drive! The potato salad is made to perfection, I just love this place!!

This BBQ is the amazing! I’m from the Midwest we love Rib Tips!!! Haven’t found anything like this food! Everything is amazing and the service is great!!!! Come see them!!!!

Started today with some off the hook brisket breakfast tacos at Earnest B's; best I've ever had. So impressed that I ordered a full rack of ribs to go to share tonight for dinner, which were delicious also with Mama's sweet heat sauce. Go getcha' some!
