I placed To-go order Mysura Bonda and punugulu. When we opened the pack Mysura bonda was over fried with burnt smell and the chutney was completely spoiled. Heights of response when contacted to intimate how the food was, their response was rude and they said this is how our food taste like. anyway I’m going to report this to Local food authorities about this providing them with Dwaraka food samples. Thanks for your response.
I recently ordered Dwaraka catering food for birthday party, food was very tasty, all the guests including children were so happy with the taste, all right amount of spice levels, thank you Kranthi for quick and accurate service provided. On the same note, Food is economical. I appreciate and would definitely refer you to my family and friends, ??????
Update : B t w they did initiate a amount adjustment on demand.Original issueThey gave a different biryani and then asked for a picture evidence, which was provided on demand, they expressed concern on this is how there Biryani is made(per them). I think its time to go to different place for biryani needs.
If my memory serves me right i was there when it opened in 2016 or 2017 . Not sure about the year it was .first week of it opening when I went to buy in there .i have been it’s customers for all these years . I have had many good food and worse foods in this place overall I feel they have maintained there taste all these years . Happy and proud that I am customer of this curry point in all these years ….
I have done catering through Dwaraka thrice and have been very pleased with the service and food. Rao always take time to understand the number of guests, their food preferences and recommends the number of dishes and the quantity of each dish. In the recent catering order, chicken fry biryani, paneer biryani, baby corn manchuri and malai kofta were superb. Quantities were more than sufficient. Guests loved the food and noted down Dwaraka's number. I am a happy customer and recommend Dwaraka for any casual or catering Indian food needs.
Tried Chicken 555 and Lamb pepper fry. Both are delicious, tasty and simply the best. My guests loved these dishes and told me that they are going to order this weekend again!
We have placed the bulk order for my friends marriage on Feb’11 through Dwaraka curry point. The food was awesome and they delivered on time. We were so happy and satisfied the food especially Paneer butter masala, chicken 555, chicken biriyani and deserts.
We mostly order take outs from here, the food taste is good. Quantity and quality are upto mark. The family pack orders are very economical. The service is prompt.
worst quality and taste for indian food....not sure how they are still in business..i went to this place after trying at a friends place....they catered food to that party. i tried like 5 times after that...not a single time did i get good food.
We took the coconut laddoo/kobbari lowju. It's good but the grated coconut needs to be Roasted well and can be better next time. My review is 4 until next review.Update on 18-Jan : changing my rating to 2 for this visit. For a gathering we just ordered 2 veg curries and chapathis. We ended up refrying the chapathis. Potato masala is totally useless. We had to add water and cook for nearly 30 mins for all the potatoes to cook. Brinjal pulusu also same. Pulusu is good, but brinjals are totally uncooked. So we were unhappy that we paid money for something we ended up recooking everything. Sorry guys, but we expect you to do better next time.
