This place is a joke. Don't try and order Uber EATS from here because they have had multiple issues with not having in store what you order.
Sometimes, they are short staffed but quality of stuff they serve is very good
HORRIBLE. They have over charged me, told me they sent a gift card over three weeks ago. Nothing. No refund. Now my email won’t send to the manager after having over 10+ email exchanges. ZERRRRROOOOOOOOO responsibility
I went in the morning and got really bad customer service and it was very chaotic even though there were many girls working there. When my order got ready the girl shoved my order at me on the counter and didn't even tell me it was my order. I had to wait few more minutes to find out that it was my order. Plus the way she told me with the face she had. I would never go back to that location again. They really need to hire some professional people who are not there just for paycheck only.
They just fired all of their bakers. If you wondered why the baked goods are trash lately, it's because they arrive old and by truck now (and have for several weeks). Dunkin' doesn't do anything fresh anymore. They don't even follow the franchise policy of refreshing the coffee regularly. They will let old coffee sit for several hours.Just to add a bit more, health and safety rules are neglected as well. There is almost no oversight at all. Bare handed food handling is common enough throughout the day to dissuade almost anyone considering a snack here.
Super helpful manager and employees helped out with finding me a cake and gave me a free coffee! Super sweet! Dave is a great manager!
Not the best first impression. Waited in a line for bit, while I saw over nine employees standing around. Several employees were just chatting and drinking coffee. I could understand waiting in line if only a few people were working but nine. I’ll give them another try and hopefully they work things out on the guest service side. Donuts were cold but they were still delicious.
No line in the drive thru at 7:40am on a Thursday, bright menu and easy to order. Alittle confusion on which order was mine when I pulled up to pay, but I got everything in my order!
Sadly they don’t deserve even one star, however I’ll let them have it for a pleasant young man at the drive thru. But seriously…how hard is it to make a pot of fresh coffee at 4 pm? I asked for a small hot coffee and received a very cold (not exaggerating, it was not even lukewarm) cup of coffee.
i got a drink, hash browns, a bagel and two donuts on uber eats from this location. i received a nasty burnt bagel and only one donut that had about 5 sprinkles on it . the drink is okay it was a peach passion fruit refresher not very sweet . and i like the hash browns but everything else was not worth a dime .
