Multiple times over the last two months I've gone to this Dunkin' Donuts and they either don't have jelly donuts or they don't have French Crullers. Two or three weeks ago, they said they would tell the manager (or perhaps it was the manager I talked to), but they still haven't fixed the problem.Do you guys have supply chain issues, staffing shortages, or is it something else (or all of the above)?UPDATE, 4/28/2022: *FINALLY*, after 3 different times (mostly Thursdays) of not having Jelly donuts and/or French Crullers, they had BOTH today - thank you!
Why can’t they ever get a coffee order right? I even returned to have them re-make it and they made it wrong again! Every other time I come it’s wrong. This is the one by our house so this is so frustrating!
Thankfully there was no poisoning that occurred but, we definitely did not get the product ordered and we weren’t happy.Drive-through ordered iced caramel cream coffee and hot coffee with cream and artificial sweetener.And sweetener was left out of the iced coffee as well as the hot coffee. Neither one was sweet enough without sweetener. We asked and we’re told that there were sweetener in the caramel for the iced coffee and it would be sweet.We got down the road about a mile when we discovered that our coffee was not what had been ordered.No opportunity to address this issue at the store. Normally I would say this was an accident but this appears to be more of an attention to detail issue and training issue. The instructions were clearly stated on the labels and just not followed.Definitely will not return to this Dunkin’ Donuts as I flushed five dollars that I would have use for something else. It may be sometime before I go to another Dunkin’ Donuts. This was not a happy experience as we were very much looking forward to our coffees
Not the service & speed I was used to at Highland Village location. Can be slammed but occasionally a good drive thru experience. Recommend the avocado toast & frozen hot chocolate.
This Dunkin is the worst. Terrible/horrible customer service and is always understaffed. Dont think placing a mobile order will get you food fast and ready when you arrive. They prioritize drive through and will literally leave you sitting inside without addressing you while filling 5-10 drive thru orders. This is despite the fact i had ordered on mobile 10 minutes prior to arrival.
Our go to dunkin for that morning coffee fix. Staff is friendly and would say majority of the time have the items we want available.
I went through the drive through and there was no line but they still acted annoyed I was there. I also asked for light ice and they just left the drink a quarter empty lmao and when I asked if they could fill my drink they just stuff it all the way full of ice even though they charged me for light ice.
I never leave reviews, good or bad.. but this has to be said. Every time I come to this location I receive horrible service. The employees stand around on their phones, the barista serving me today was picking at her nails over a coffee being made, and we stood waiting on our mobile orders for 30 minutes. I always place my mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time and its never made when I get there. After waiting we kindly asked when it would be done and the employee quickly made me a coffee with milk, leaving out all other ingredients I ordered.
tori and jared were BEYOND friendly I don’t even live near this dunkin but I will definitely be taking the time to drive to this location only. Tori made my drink exactly how i like it and Jared was so friendly and u could tell he actually enjoys his job. They both deserve a raise!!!!!!!!
I just love this place! The service is always great and the drive thru is very fast and efficient
