I’ve ordered from this place twice. I once came 25 minutes before closing time and the woman working drive thru told me to keep driving. It confused me since there was still time remaining, but no, she said there was nothing left to serve. I didn’t feel like arguing or drinking spit, so I left.The second time I stopped by during the day. The guy working was okay, he was young and inexperienced.Our visits would be better if they would train their employees a little better. I won’t be returning any time soon, not that they care.
This place is robbing customers, whenever I order large caramel cappuccino, I get half a cup of coffee and rest is empty (for $4.21).I go there 3-4 times a week and I get frustrated after seeing the coffee (some time they do miss caramel).Fill the cup and increase the price.Service is good though, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars).
This Dunkin’ should be closed are hire new managers & associates. They will give you someone else’s order in tell you, ok? Are you going to pay? Like this isn’t my order why would I pay. Then when they give me my order that they think is correct; my coffee is half full and looks as if it was consumed already with my order sicker placed on this random cup. 2/10 do not recommend.
I wish I could change this to zero stars. They over sweeten the heck out of their drinks with no remorse and the syrup they use isn’t even good. They knowingly gave me 2 pumps of caramel swirl in my SMALL cold brew when I specifically asked for HALF a pump. Just ridiculous and I will not make the mistake of ordering from here again.
I come to this Dunkin all the time. The young girl with brown hair that always has her nails done always has an attitude and is very rude. Not only was my coffee not what I asked for, she scanned my free beverage reward and it did not work then scanned it again and said it was already used. I paid for everything then the reward went away. She needs to be trained on how to speak to people.
I came here for the first time ever a few weeks ago. The donut I tried was really good I was impressed and ready to give a 5 star review. We live over an hour away and this is the closest one. We went to the mall and decided we would stop back by on the way back to grab some to take home and we went through the drive thru. If that was my only experience I would have given it only a one star. The little blonde girl that was working was so hateful and rude and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back just because of her. So disappointed.
I GREW up in New England and love coffee! Why can’t Frisco, Dunkin get the sugar right?Medium =3 creams and 3 sugars !!! PLEASEPS GO BRADY !
I’m a regular customer and I don’t come to this Preston location often because there’s usually an issue. As you can see from previous reviews. Today, I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar and got this mess. This is from either expired dairy or they don’t clean their dispensing machines properly. I understand this pandemic has been tough, but this is just very unsanitary. I don’t think this is safe to drink. I returned the coffee and asked nicely for a remake. The cashier had the nerve to try and gaslight me by saying that this gunk is what their coffee looks like with cream instead of offering to make it right. That was tacky to say the least. I’m not about to argue with anyone over coffee! I’ve been ordering the same cup of coffee from my usual location and I’ve never drank solid, old creamer goop before. ? It was so gross! I’m very sorry for anyone that’s been drinking old creamer that’s probably caked in their dispensing machines from that location. This is the last time I’m ever coming here. They didn’t even give me a receipt so I couldn’t get my money back. I’ve contacted their corporate customer service on this location and they’ve been super helpful.
Staff changes are hard. I get that, but seems like a different person every week at this location. There is one girl that should not be taking orders. She is rude, makes you rush and doesn't get it right. Find someone that cares or I will stop coming. I love their ice coffee's and avocado toast.
At first I thought maybe someone new started and as still learning the order process, but every time I order here my coffee is never full to the top! NEVER!! I just want what a full cup of coffee!!
