Our order was the best of any Domino's we have ordered from. The best was the handmade with extra sauce and double pepperoni! The pepperoni got nice and crispy on the edges and the sauce and cheese went all the way to the edge leaving just enough room for a finger hold!!The deliver girl (Morgan) was an absolute delight, smiling the whole time and left a little thank you note on my receipt.
This post isn’t so much a review on this particular location, but on one particular driver. The same driver, Gerald — has seemingly delivered food to me from this location over the course of a year or so. His kindness should be noted in a world where human decency seemingly has ceased to exist over the past few years. Gerald, is always friendly and goes above and beyond to have a quick simple 10 second chat with me. He does his job, while making people (me) smile. I don’t order regularly from Domino’s, but his consistency and even keel — can’t be beat! There is a light in him, that sees that I’m struggling. Right now, there are A LOT of us whom are struggling! I don’t know his story, but trust me — if I did, I would do my best to see to it that this man is well loved and appreciated by his co-workers. If I had more than just gratitude to give back at this time, I would.Thank you, Gerald. You’re a gem!Thank you, Domino’s for hiring this man!
We are assigned another Dominos for delivery in our area, but love this one for our curbside pickup orders. ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GREAT AND ON TIME! The BEST pizza available to order and always good!
Horrible pizza at this location! Absolutely no cheese. They think they're saving money, but they an save the whole pizza, I'm not going back to this store.Most all other Domino's locations can make a good pizza. Unfortunately not this place. Now I know. No need to return.
I don’t normally write reviews, but it was important to me that I put this feedback somewhere. In the past we have ordered from here and the food hasn’t been delivered. We live in an apartment complex so I assume it got left at the wrong door. When the pizza didn’t arrive, I assumed it had happened again so I called. Turned out the driver had forgotten the drink and turned around to go get it. He came back to drop off the pizza so it wouldn’t get cold and went back again to get the drink. He left before I got the chance to give him an extra tip for the extra work, but I really appreciate it. It was a lot of trouble for a little drink and I just wanted to say thank you!
I like Dominos pizza! Great pizza for a quick meal and the price was good $ 5.99 for a medium two topping pizza, unlimited amount.
JOSEPH IS AMAZING!He’s the nicest guy who has ever picked up the phone from Domino’s. He fulfilled all my needs without question without getting annoyed and was very respectful. HE DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A RAISE!!!!! He tried his best to give us what we wanted.I didn’t like the pizza, but I’ll definitely come to this Domino’s again because of Joseph’s great service! Placed an online order and waited for almost 50min. When did not received the order, called the store and they did not even prepared my order because they were out of wings. Frisco store person who took the phone call was very rude and did not even apologized. Worst customer service. Never going to order again from Dominos. You lost a customer.
Most horrible experience ever. I got the pizza and it looked like it had been kicked to the door. I call the store and was give the worst customer service experience of my life. The girl told me if I came to the store to return my pizza she would put her hands on me. I was offered a $30 credit instead of a full refund which was unacceptable. Finally after 6 phone calls the general manager sent the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza before he would refund me for my order. FYI don’t treat me like I need to make this up for free food. How insulting. Will never do business here again. Currently 1 hour and still no delivery person to pick up my order.
This Dominos is amazing! I ordered one medium pizza for my fiancé and I (we’re on a diet) and they gave us a free surprise pizza! That’s amazing! Thank you guys!
