Decided to give this place a try. They have really good Quesadillas. I tried the Lone Star and it was delicious. The chips and fries have really good seasoning.The lone star had brisket, cilantro and onions in it. It had good flavor like back home Southern California. I’ll be back next time we visit.
Food:- Quesadilla was alright there's no wow factor to it.Customer Service Experience:- When placing the order online i got a promotional offer of a free item ,so i redeemed it when i went to the store to pick up my order that i placed online. Once the offer was redeemed they told me it would be ready shortly. At this point i am waiting on my free item and I waited for more than 15 min but they didn't call my name so I eventually left the store. It felt as if they didn't want to honor the offer (they should have just told me instead of making me wait).I will think twice before going back to this place.
When I moved to Frisco in 2020, my best friend told me about Dillas Quesadilla and I have been going every since. The food is FIRER in the voice of JJ Dynamite. The staff is pleasant and provide excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!
I’ve been going to Dillas since they first opened wayy back around 2015. It’s always been one of my favorite places to go! I even worked there for a little bit back in highschool. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting as often anymore because the quesadillas have gotten so flat lately. It seems as if they’re using half or maybe even a third of the amount of meat, cheese, etc. I’m still hungry after I eat here now, which hasn’t always been the case. It’s a shame because I recommend people to come here all of the time, however I’m hesitant to do so now given the last 3 times I visited my quesadillas have been skimpy.
Dillas was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Quesadillas are bland. I will say that the limeade was quite tasty. I ordered cheese fries and beef and I found it odd that they put the queso atop paper that is covering the plate and then placed the fries and beef on top. It should be the other way around. Needless to say, the fries were undercooked, dry, and overall a waste of money.
Extremely overpriced tiny quesadillas. They advertise them like they are going to be huge but they are really quite small. The staff were extremely rude and one of the women glared at me in quite a menacing way. When I asked her if she was okay she rolled her eyes and walked away. It was weird. The ladies in the back kind of linger around gossiping. Overall it was a pretty ridiculous visit.
Delicious food and super friendly staff
One of the best quesadillas we've ever had. The queso and fries were awesome. They were very friendly and we did not wait long at all for our food. Oh and they have the Best Lime-Aid we've Ever had. We went back there one more time before leaving D/FW. Wish we had one in Tyler, TX. Come on Dillas... Come to East Texas!! Please.
I was looking forward to trying this place out the first time. I ordered The Fluffy with fries and queso on the side and ate at the restaurant. The fries were hot and fresh. The queso was good and the chips are well seasoned.My only slight gripe was the quesadilla itself. It tasted good but mine was cold. I ate at the restaurant so there was really no reason for the quesadilla to be lukewarm. You can tell the cook made my quesadilla and grilled the tortilla itself quickly which resulted in the ingredients on the inside being barely warm.The good news is that I took half of my quesadilla home and heated it in the microwave and it tasted really good when fully hot.I may be back one day in the future.
Quesadillas and fries are always great, the downside is how long they take! A near 30 min wait for 2 plain-os with double fries is unacceptable, while they made it up by providing a coupon with out me asking that shouldn't be common practice. This is my second consecutive time this happens. Keep in mind there wasn't a rush nor was the stablisment full of customers.
