This is the WORST DQ you will ever visit. Long line and rude service no matter when you go. FYI, this is a franchise location, and they NEVER take part in the national promos. Half the time they don't even know what you are talking about when you mention a specific promo, even if it's one that is running on TV. Use your money for gas to drive to another DQ that's more with it.
It's your lucky day, I am about to introduce you to a meal doubling glitch, but first a brief summary on the events which occurred on this night.We drove to dq (apx 20 min) to order two blizzards. Sit in line for 15 minutes and we order one medium Reece's cookie dough and one royal Choco brownie blizzard. Get to window, pay, start slowly driving out and realize instead of the Choco brownie, it is a mint chip. Look at receipt and it says we order 2 mint blizzards, one with cookie dough and brownies... Clearly not our order.Attempt to park and head inside to correct the error, but come to find out lobby is closed. So we get back in line and wait another 10 minutes this time.Get to window and we explain it was the wrong order, same guy that took our order sighs and with an annoyed tone says to head to the window. Get to the window and girl is clueless why we are here.Explain we got the wrong order...Here comes the part you need to know. If your order is wrong, they can't take back the food due to covid and they will make you your correct order. Congratulations. You have found a glitch in the system. Until they hire competent employees and fire the rude ones, please go ahead and continue to fortune of their mistakes and complacency with free food.1/5.
I went there because my grandson wanted a crispy chicken sandwich but they didn’t have any. So I got him a chili cheese dog with just chili and chees dog with no mustard. When we got home, the bun was so hard, he could Ed bite into it and the French fries were cold.
If I could rate this place a negative or no stars at all I would in a heartbeat. I hope the GM of this store sees these reviews. Normally, I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but with the experience we’ve received tonight we will never be going back to this Dairy Queen again. While ordering food all we could hear was someone yelling to close the window as we were trying to pay because it was cold out. When we ordered we were told to pull up to the front because they had to cook chicken and gravy after 20 minutes of waiting and multiple customers coming and going still no food. Called no answer, tried to go in and the doors were locked at 7:15pm on a Saturday night. Called again was told they were still waiting for our food to finish mainly waiting on the gravy since we ordered a few extra that we paid for and the person who answered had an attitude. Finally our food came out same guy who answered the phone brought our food out to us couldn’t even apologize for the wait, handed the food to us walked off with an attitude and slammed the back gate and door going back in. Never even got the gravy we were waiting on and paid for!
Literally NO HEATH in my HEALTH blizzard. When we told her about it she said that there WAS and she made it herself. As you can SEE... There was not. She closed the doors and yelled “SERIOUSLY!” My husband ordered a salted caramel blizzard... and received an OREO ONE INSTEAD. We didn't realize that one was wrong too until we were too far away to go back. So it was a very BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Of the 4 times I have been here, 3 times their credit card machine was down. The fourth time, I had to wait while they cooked my 4 steak fingers. I received cold stale fries....and 1 stale steak finger. I'm surprised this location is still in business.
Manger smoking behind the drive-thru sign while my family and I order food curse at us from behind the sign telling us to ****ING hurry up and order. When I confronted him he told me I don't know what I heard. Spoke to the other two managers on duty and they didn't do anything about it. Corporate will be notified. I will never support this store again.
One of the best ice cream chains! The blizzards are the best on the go icecream you can get!
cleanliness and personal hygiene, proper attire are missing from this location. I was appalled when someone handed me my blizzard with their nails digging into them.
Daughter loved her cheese burger.Only downside is they,like many places are short of staff, so drive thru only.
