Tiny amount of non-premium soft-serve for premium icecream pricing.Super bland, *all* I could taste is sugar. Even the brownies tasted like dry overly sweetened cardboard. Had brownie cookie dough and wow, was it bad.Do not recommend! Fort Worth has *plenty* of better ice-cream places.

Stopped in here to get my ice cream fix for the first time tonight while in Frisco and am glad I did. The ice cream was tasty and the staff was helpful in guiding me towards something that fit exactly what I was craving. They have a good amount of options on their menu, so the assistance was greatly appreciated. Will definitely return next time I'm up that way!

Tables not cleaned properly (super sticky). Serving staff looking super uninterested at new customers (some are just idling). Ice cream has great names but the sugar is overwhelming and didn't bring out the flavors.Bottom line: not worth the price and experience.

After reading the reviews, I figured I’d still give the place a shot but the reviews were accurate! Ice cream is watery, like ice milk from the Chinese Buffet, 2 waffle cone bowl were $20, and the staff were just rude, took 20 mins for my order, with only one in front of mine. All the reviews seem to be isolating two issues, 1) staff 2) quality of ice cream. Owner, how about instead of offering feedback to every negative review you try to improve what the people are complaining about!

Cute little ice cream shop at the Star Center. Unique flavors to try made it enticing to give it a shot. For me personally, I felt the options were overly cumbersome with too many items per flavor choice, but we still gave it a shot. We tried 2 different flavors; Southern Charm and Brownie Cookie D'oh. The Southern Charm I was told was ok tasting for the flavors involved...though the blue springkles were the only thing making it sweet. I had the Brownie Cookie D'oh and was not impressed, actually tossed most of it out. The pieces of Brownie and Cookie dough were overbearing in size, while the Brownie tasted like biting into a straight Cocoa Powder (just very bitter) and the Cookie Dough was very vegan tasting (like a diet soda compared to a normal soda). Also, I would have rather done without the dry crumbles. Would have been better with real ice cream vs soft serve for taste and thickness...it melted the moment we walked outside and just became more of a mess than anything. I wouldn't go again...but interesting enough to try once.

We arrived and saw the great selection. The customer service is not good. The cashier appeared annoyed that he had a customer. In front of the display is an image of a lemon curd desert. I requested the item "We don't have that". I responded you have a display in front of the register. "I mean we are out". I ordered the bread pudding dessert. The ice cream was yellow and was like ice milk. I approached the counter and asked if I had received ice cream. Other employee responds "That's ice cream it's just yellow" as he is preparing an order for the next customer. She got ice cream, not what I received. Once again the new employee was annoyed that I was confirming that I received ice cream. The ice milk was terrible. I sat and watched as my ice milk melted and saw what appears like actual ice cream being served. If you are looking for ice milk and terrible service, please try Cow Tipping.

Hmmmm uhhhhh Amazing!!! I will return again! Great dessert! Got there right before closing on New Year’s Eve and so they were out of this and that but what I did get was pretty tasty! Can’t imagine eating this on a HOT summer day outside. It would be a HOT MESS! ? Dessert is always good and even though they were out of a few things it still was right up my alley and 5 stars from me. Thanks for the full belly!

On Oct 18, 2021, I enjoyed the best ice cream in the whole DFW area. It was a kind of dessert that your dreams are made of. The ladies working knew their flavors of ice cream well. What a great way to end a beautiful day.

I googled this place when I was looking for something sweet. I tried the REESE’S WITHA’SPOON. It was disgusting. Everything about the dessert tasted artificial. The cookies were dry and the peanut butter chips were chewy. I definitely was not impressed. The crew members were nice though.

Small ice cream store in The Star area in Frisco. Street side parking limited, garage parking nearby. Interesting stackers. Honey sprinkled pecans affected the overall experience for me. Pricing varies but $5-8 per person most likely.
